Our 20yr old garage door opener was having a mind of its own, so I called Precision( the best in Rochester!) and Drew Stewart showed up on time. He gave me options, I was happy with the belt drive opener - and in barely one hour the old crappy system and sensors/switches were taken out and away and an all brand new unit including everything was installed. The new system is SO much better and quieter, and I couldn't be happier that such a professional company and technicians exist here in Rochester!

You were recommended. Best decision I ever made to call. Had to book an emergency appt at 8 am asking for first cancellation and got a call by 9:15 saying he was on the way. Ron, the owner was excellent. Immediately know what the problem and a total price. OMG in no time spring replaced and rollers too. Every impressive. I especially like the fact that the owner works out in the field with his workers

The company was quick to respond, came at time they said they would and were very nice and cordial. The service man explained why there might be a difference in charges depending on his need to replace a part of not. He was quick to get to work and got the job done thoroughly. Hopefully it will last a long time now. I was very very pleased and would recommend Precision door from my experience. I did not do any price matching or anything but this was a clean deal: appt, arrives, fixes and leaves w/ no mess or fuss and pleasantly.

This was my first time calling a company to repair my garage door. I found Precision on a Google search and called right away after reading the reviews. Service was next day and Dave Ackley called prior to arriving and arrived 20 minutes in to the 2 hour window. Service was fast and pricing was excellent. Dave inspected the door after fixing and offered appropriate maintenance and upgrade solutions, but absolutely zero pressure to purchase additional recommendations. I will absolutely be calling them this summer to put in a new garage door on the house and also on the barn! Thanks for your outstanding quality and service!

PRECISION is the BEST of the BEST. Our garage door would not open so immediately I thought to call Precision. A great Technician, Mark, came out that very day and replaced the broken spring over the door and ball bearings. He was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and very professional. This company is a pleasure to work with, from the office staff to Drew, the tech who actually diagnosed the problem with my 20 year old opener, provided a replacement estimate on the spot, and had all parts on hand to do the work. The business is local and family owned, which is a plus. They use the latest technology, are efficient and professional, and give a discount to veterans and senior citizens. We were very pleased with the quick service. Dave Ackley who did the repair work was excellent. I was impressed with him. He had to replace bolts in track, roller bracket & some screws. The spring on my garage door broke leaving both of our cars stuck in the garage. We called Precision Overhead Garage Door and they send a service tech out on a Saturday night to fix our door. The tech (Mark Sherman) fixed the door in record time. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the results. Work just like new again!
