Our keypad was not working, called Precision because of very positive reviews. I was scheduled within a few days, Sean, one of the technicians came right on time and concluded it just needed to be reprogrammed. His honesty was greatly appreciated because he could have easily told me that the keypad needed to be replaced and I would have believed him. I highly recommend Precision , and Sean, for their responsiveness and honesty.

I called because one of the springs on my garage door broke. I used them in 2012 and they were just as friendly knowledgeable and efficient as I remember. The tech Zikret Osmic came right out. He accessed the problem and made recommendations. He fixed everything including the recommendations within an hour. He showed me how to lubricate everything. "Z" was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you have a problem with your garage door I highly recommend Precision. They're open 24 hours!

My second experience with Precision working on my garage door after they replaced my springs only back in 2017. This time the work was much more comprehensive, nearly a full replacement minus the actual door itself. My technician “Z” is the consummate professional, he knows exactly what he’s doing and exactly why he’s doing it. He said it would take about two hours and true to his word, two hours later he had upgraded my door hardware, replaced the springs, and replaced the old failing garage door opener with a brand new Liftmaster (which he also programmed for us and got the phone app working properly).
