Anthony did a phenomenal job. He explained everything in layman's terms so I could make an informed decision on which package would fit my needs best. He then installed everything the dame day! He even fixed areas that were incorrectly installed so my garage door would run perfectly. He definitely ensured when he left my garage door was perfect! Definitely will be my first call and recommendation to others.

Have an old wooden double door that was inoperative. Anthony arrived before the scheduled time and inspected the damage. I was anticipating a complete door replacement. Anthony advised that the door were good, but the hardware was outdated. He also told me a new door would be 5-8 weeks out and that would not work for me. He offered a plan to replace all the hardware and could do it in about 1-1/2 hours! And…It would carry a 10 year warranty!! We shook hands, he went to work, and I now have a garage door that works smoothly, is quiet, and saved me approximately 2500-3000 dollars in the process. I originally gave a one star review. Mike the technician was excellent and I was able to get an appointment that day. The problem was my invoice. The price of the parts were super high and then there was a labor fee. After I sent the review, a representative immediately reached out to me and apoligized. He said the price of the parts included the labor and I should not have been charged the extra labor fee-which they will reimburse. Therefore, I'm very happy with the service I received and will use them again if needed.
