I got ready yesterday morning to go to work and my garage door would only open a few inches off the ground. After trying to manually release the door and that not working either, I called OHD since they were the ones who installed the doors and opener. While the lady who answered the phone was very nice, she explained that none of their crew was in Syracuse that day (crazy, right?) and she didn't know when they could come to look at it. So I called Precision next, since they were close by too. It was the best decision I've made in a long time. While they were a little more expensive than OHD, they could at least assure me that someone would come look at the door between 10a-2p. Steven got to the house at 10:30a and assessed that I had a broken spring. He had all the parts needed and completed the repair work by 11:30a. Steven was very pleasant and informative too. I was extremely happy with the communication (texts/emails) with this company from the time I initially called to a follow-up email after Steven left. There was never a point that I felt in the dark about anything having to do with the service call. My door works great and I'm able to go to work again (yay me). Thanks Precision!

Amazing job and the technician was so polite and professional! He worked for 4 hours at our home in 14 degree weather. He took time to explain what needed to be done and after completing the job showed me what he actually did, answered all my question and completely cleaned up the job before he left. I was surprised by the price but in today's world it was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door repairs
