Was able to make an appointment for the next day online which was super convenient since our garage door is used as our main way in/out of the house. Was prompted ahead of time of the arrival time and technician was prompt. Steve was very knowledgeable and gave great advice being the person that does this daily on what the best options were. Job was completed quickly and was reassured that he was taking a little bit of extra time to make sure the job was done right the first time. Really appreciated that and the honesty! Hopefully won’t be an issue again until I need a full replacement but would def reach out to Precision again first when the time comes.

Very happy with the entire process of having garage doors and openers installed. From sales to customer service to the install, all great and even better product!

Mike was very accommodating when I couldn't schedule our door installation back in December due family medical issues. But when we were ready we called him. I figured we would have to wait a couple of weeks. But nope he had a guy out to us in like 3-4 days. I didn't meet the installer but very professional and over all great guy, per my wife, and many people don't impress her. Highly recommend Mike and his team. 10 stars in our book.
