Precision Overhead Door company is by far the best in CNY. You call them and they come, usually the same day. Their technicians are professional and they take care of the issues, no problem. They are honest and don’t try and sell you things that aren’t broke!!!

I work for a company that didn't have an account set up yet. The original contractors (for the garage door) wouldn't even return calls made to them. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service not only answered our calls but sent a tech out within an hour (obviously scheduling may make a difference). They had the problem fixed within 30mins and didn't charge a ridiculous fee. I will be using this service any time I can from now on.

Amazing job and the technician was so polite and professional! He worked for 4 hours at our home in 14 degree weather. He took time to explain what needed to be done and after completing the job showed me what he actually did, answered all my question and completely cleaned up the job before he left. I was surprised by the price but in today's world it was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door repairs
