Contacted Precision Door for general maintenance of my garage door. Richard McCann arrived within the appointment window, and after listening to the door open and close, he provided a thorough assessment of the condition of the door. He subsequently made suggestions to extend the life of the door, along with estimates of cost. Ultimately, he replaced the spring and completed a tuneup of the door. Throughout the entire experience, he was very professional, but also very friendly and down to earth. Thanks, Richard!

I've used Precision for all of my garage door and opener needs for many many years. In this particular event one of my garage door springs broke when operating and jammed closed leaving one of our cars locked in the garage. What I liked most is that I called about 1pm and they had the technician (Devon) out to our house within just two hours. What I liked second most is that there was a lot of damage to the mechanism and many parts damaged and that the technician had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. What I liked next is the technician worked solid for about 3-4 hours and stayed and completed the repair by about 6pm, in spite of 100 degree temperatures and made sure everything was working 100%.
