Scotty came out for a noise above the motor. Much like WebMD, when I searched the noise online, it said all kinds of terrible things were the cause. Fortunately Scotty knew the problem right away, that the top cover was hitting the belt. Within 2 minutes, problem was fixed. Great service from a great company.
