Precision Garage Door Service Of Cary

I schedule an appointment to have my garage door opener replaced online Sunday night. Got the appointment for the next day - Monday. Filled out what I was needing in a new opener. Evan Kopel the technician showed up on time and had all the necessary parts and tools to do the job. He was very professional and efficient, taking time to explain the operation of the new opener and wifi connection. Evan even programed our cars to operate the door. We are very pleased with the whole experience and the great job by Evan.

Ricky Sanchez was my technician and he did a great job explaining what was broken on my garage door, how he could repair it, and priced out several options to improve my current set up.

Aaron was great! He replaced the springs and cables on one of my garage doors. He was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Not sure if the price I paid was reasonable or not. I know it was expensive, as everything seems to be these days.

We returned home to find our garage door not working! We were locked out of our own home. After considerable effort, my wife got under the garage door and opened the front door. We called Precision the next day! Scotty Johnson called half an hour before arriving. He assessed our situation, explained what could be done, and prepared estimates for the work. Once we approved the estimate, Scotty began work and completed it in a timely manner! He explained what we needed to do to keep our Garage Door operating correctly! We are so grateful that he explained everything to us, was proficient in installing the new parts, and left us with a garage door that works smoothly and quietly! Thanks Scotty and thanks Precision!
