We returned home to find our garage door not working! We were locked out of our own home. After considerable effort, my wife got under the garage door and opened the front door. We called Precision the next day! Scotty Johnson called half an hour before arriving. He assessed our situation, explained what could be done, and prepared estimates for the work. Once we approved the estimate, Scotty began work and completed it in a timely manner! He explained what we needed to do to keep our Garage Door operating correctly! We are so grateful that he explained everything to us, was proficient in installing the new parts, and left us with a garage door that works smoothly and quietly! Thanks Scotty and thanks Precision! I've used Precision for all of my garage door and opener needs for many many years. In this particular event one of my garage door springs broke when operating and jammed closed leaving one of our cars locked in the garage. What I liked most is that I called about 1pm and they had the technician (Devon) out to our house within just two hours. What I liked second most is that there was a lot of damage to the mechanism and many parts damaged and that the technician had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. What I liked next is the technician worked solid for about 3-4 hours and stayed and completed the repair by about 6pm, in spite of 100 degree temperatures and made sure everything was working 100%.
