    The technician had everything set up by the time I got home from work. He left the packet and my wife said I could connect it to my phone so I followed the directions from the app. Had to get on a ladder to see where the panel was (nothing said where to find this), put in the password when prompted and it didn’t connect. Started again and it went to the “you need to power down the opener” This is where I stopped because getting to the plug to “power down” was to much work especially when the program said “this should only take a moment. I will try and tomorrow but very frustrating and a pain in the ass getting up and down on the ladder to find what to do.

    They were able to come out quickly when I called with an issue and were prompt in placing the order for my replacement parts. I did end up with a completely new garage door system since our door had been backed into, and the install team was just as pleasant as the first tech who arrived. The install tech walked me through everything at the end with a nice, concise overview instead of just giving me 10 seconds to think of whether I had any questions before disappearing. I also ended up having an issue with the wall sensor being faulty and a tech was sent out to diagnose and, after doing so, replace it in the same visit with no hassle or cost to me.
