Communication was great. I had them replace my load squeeky 23 year old opener and they replaced the rollers since mine were showing signs of fatigue. Friendly tech, and fast good quality work. I hadn't even thought of changing the rollers, but when he pointed out the possibility of changing them i took a good look and saw the signs of metal fatigue on the pins. The new opener is so quiet, and I can use my phone to open the door too. Considering i made the appointment yesterday, I would recommend this company.

I used Precision to replace my garage door. The bracket had broken on my old door which was 25 years old. The rep showed up and we decided the door needed to be replaced. He was great at explaining everything that would be done and gave me an accurate time frame for the manufacturing process. Once the door arrived the appointment was set for installation. The installer was Connor and he was very efficient and quick. He explained how to maintain the door and answered all of my questions. I chose Precision because I had seen their commercial. Sometimes commercials over sell the service. In this case it was not over sold. I definitely made the right choice.

From the moment I requested a quote through the doors being installed, the service was great. We even had a hiccup with install, but the prompt attention solved to issue that day.
