First, I learned about Precision through through their ad in "Valpak" that arrived in my mailbox. Second, I had noticed that one of the two major springs was broken and knew that I would eventually have trouble with the door's balance. So, I checked on their website and saw a very favorable review from someone that I knew. Also, though it was Sunday morning, I could make an appointment on-line for the next morning - exactly when I could accommodate a service call. The next morning I received a call from Scotty, the technician (a half hour before the scheduled arrival) and he told me when he would arrive. He also texted me with his picture so that I knew exactly whom to expect. Scotty offered two service packages and I got a bit of a discount through the Valupak ad. The appointment took about an hour, included springs and hardware replacement, lubrication, and instruction. Everything was explained, and there was no attempt to "upsell." It was one of the best service engagements I have ever had. Plus, the howling cat noise (which probably irritated the neighbors) was gone!

1st on time was important. Technician was thorough and explained in detail. I was very pleased
