These guys are terrific! Got an appt quickly and the tech did amazing work. Replaced parts that were shot, and pointed out things that may need service in the future. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Precision Garage Doors in Raleigh when one of my garage doors suddenly stopped working. The phone support I received in making an appointment was very professional. Boah Craven was the repair person sent to my job. He arrived within the time frame scheduled for me. He diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the garage door on the spot as the30 year old motherboard had died. He was great- he explained all the features of the new garage door to me very thoroughly and answered all my questions. It got very late, but the late hour did not impact the amazing service Boah gave me. I can’t thank Boah enough for the expert and progessional service he provided me!!!!

While in the middle of my work day at home, my garage door came off its rails and was hanging from the cables very precariously over my car. I called precision garage after finding them quickly on the internet. They were fantastic at getting some out that day within an hour and half of when I called. The tech who came out, Ricky Sanchez was fabulous, identifying the issues, giving me a quote and fixing it quickly and back to full working order. I highly recommend this company. They were fantastic from start to finish!
