John P. Came out today to look at our garage door that was unable to open. He took the time to explain what he saw initially and what he would do to examine everything. Once he was able to make the repairs he explained to me the options. I did not feel that he was trying to upsell me, but rather that he was genuinely giving me options for how best to move forward. I very much appreciate the time and work that was done and that he was able to get the system running again. We will definitely use this company and request John P again. I did also appreciate that I was able to book a next day appointment online without needing to do without needing to do back-and-forth phone calls or emails.

I called on Monday and scheduled a repair needed. It was easy and simple to get an appointment. Day of appointment Ricky arrived as promised and accessed the issue and told me the repair cost upfront and once I agreed he got started and did repair and checked all joints and bolts as well. In 30 minutes my door was repaired and in great working order again. Ricky was professional , polite and a pleasure to have as a technician. He walked me through how to keep maintaining door and joints. Could not have asked for for a better experience.
