The technician had everything set up by the time I got home from work. He left the packet and my wife said I could connect it to my phone so I followed the directions from the app. Had to get on a ladder to see where the panel was (nothing said where to find this), put in the password when prompted and it didn’t connect. Started again and it went to the “you need to power down the opener” This is where I stopped because getting to the plug to “power down” was to much work especially when the program said “this should only take a moment. I will try and tomorrow but very frustrating and a pain in the ass getting up and down on the ladder to find what to do.

After another company's technician showed up two hours before my scheduled appointment and refused to come back during the actual time frame, I immediately reached out to Precision Garage Door. They had a technician at my house within a couple of hours, within the time frame the other company should have shown up, mind you. Richard arrived and was polite and very professional.
