The company did an awesome job with a same day appointment! They replaced my bottom seal of the door which required a new adapter rail. Richard, the technician was extremely courteous and explained everything needed, what he was going to do for the repair, and then made recommendations to replace the old, loud springs for the door as well. He let me know things to look out for, items that I can wait to address, and expected costs of them too. My door now operates as good as new, and is so quiet compared to how it was before the spring replacement. Thank you team! I look forward to working with you all again!
