Excellent prompt service. Our door was damaged by one of our cars. Precision was able to send a technician the next day who fixed the damage, inspected and tuned the door and opener. Great service! Only comment: Devon was our technician but he was not in the email sent to me to confirm the appointment. One: the email did not have his name. And two: he was not one of the technicians listed. Not his fault. But as the email is trying to make me feel secure, it is disconcerting when a person not listed comes. Luckily he was in a signed truck and wore a t-shirt with Precision's name and log.

Have used Precision Garage Door several times now for both repairs and preventative maintenance. Very easy to schedule appointments and email contact is immediate. Today I had the pleasure of Brandon Mills' service to replace our old garage door open with a very modern Lift Master model 87504. Arrived early and got to work. Once the work was completed he very patiently walked me through getting the MyQ app registered and logged-in, got my outside key pad coded, how to share the app with family members and also let me know what the green blinking light means. We're good to go. Thank you!

Outstanding service! I called late on a Friday afternoon. A technician (Brandon) was scheduled immediately. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He explained the issue, indicated he could fix all of the issues in an hour, and provided a cost. An hour later my garage door is working perfectly!! After replacing parts and motor our 30 year old garage door glides along the track such that it barely makes noise. Richard gave us several estimates for repair as the door was still working but sounding very ominous. He explained and showed us the possible issues and what he could do to fix it. Brandon came to repair our spring that snapped. When he arrived he assessed the door and suggested that we not spend money on springs on a door that was rotting. We had no idea the wood was rotting until he pointed out several places. He reviewed all of our options for new doors, including materials, insulation and discussed with us the benefit of installing a new motor at the same time. Was very thorough and professional. Was sure we knew next steps. We're looking forward to our new door!

Found Precision Door Service from Google search. Called to repair broken spring (15 years old). Talked to representative immediately and scheduled appointment for noon to 4 PM following day. Repair technician arrived at 12:30 PM. After inspecting all three doors, it was recommended all three springs should be replaced and due to wear on belt, the rail should also be replaced. A quote was prepared and agreed to. Parts were available on the truck except for one rail which was delivered in time for work to be completed same day. All three doors were serviced within 3 hours. Scotty Johnson did an excellent job performing the repairs, he explained what needed to be done and why. Work was done efficiently and neatly. Completely satisfied with work performed.
