I called expecting to schedule an appointment sometime in the next week and was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a technician within the next hour! We had Ricky Sanchez out to take a look at our 24 year old garage door opener. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He quickly was able to determine that our current opener was at the end of its life. He gave me a thorough set of options that covered everything that would be needed to replace my opener including the costs and differences in each level. We proceeded with what was considered the best option, which included a full replacement of our garage door opener and included a lifetime warranty on the opener itself along with a 5 year warranty on all electrical and a one year warranty on all gears. It also came with a keypad that was mounted outside the garage door and could be used to open the door with a code. Ricky was able to completely replace my 24 year old garage door opener in two hours. The finished product is simply perfect. I never knew my garage door could open so quietly and smoothly. The work was done promptly, professionally, and he cleaned up everything when he was finished. He spent a fair amount of time showing us the new features of our spectacular new system and answered any questions we had.
