    Had an issue with the door I just couldn't fix as a YouTube expert fixer. Made the call mid-morning on NYE, and they showed up the SAME DAY! The tech explained (and showed me) what was going on and provided me with all the options (INCLUDING to do nothing). Come to find out the previous "fix" was a mess and created the issue (before we moved in). Thanks to Precision for dumbing it down so I could understand and having the patience to answer all my 'what if's'. Door fixed, is now quiet and like new - AND it opens and closes.
