    Excellent, Superb service from precision employee Richard Sanchez,he went far and beyond his duty as Precision's employee, while Mr.Sanchez was here to work on garage door for Ms. Sanders at 4214 peachway Dr. I fell down the steps,and Mr Sanchez immediately ran to me to make sure I was ok,calling for help inside the house to help him get me up and back into the house from the garage,so thankful for the compassion he showed toward me,God Bless you always Mr. Sannchez!

    I found Precision by inquiring through Chat GPT about local garage door services. Precision was the top choice returned. Tim was a fantastic technician. He was quick to diagnose the issues with the door. Beyond being an outdated model, it was also installed incorrectly. I decided to purchase a new door from Precision at that appointment. I was originally concerned that I hadn’t received a follow up call afterwards and left a less than stellar review for that reason. I didn’t realize the survey was in direct relation to the technician’s service, not Precision overall. Tim was excellent, 10 of 10. My issue was the lack of follow up afterwards. I was expecting a call within 48 hours after our initial appointment. Since I paid 40% of the cost of the door upfront I was worried about losing that money. However, today customer service rep called and confirmed that the door had been ordered and explained what the next steps to come will be. The delayed response was due to the recent holiday weekend. I now feel fully confident in Precision's services. Thank you!
