I hadn't used Precision for nearly 5 years after a very pricey repair of our gargage door springs/rollers, etc that was only 1.5 years old. I was contacted by someone, which appears to have been AI generated. They called themselves "Sarah" and asked if I wanted a tune-up package with sales price and possible a new opener. I really thought I was talking to a real person via text. I went with the Peace and Quiet package. The tech, Evan came out promptly, and even called enroute (nice). He was a fantastic young man, and answered all my questions. A top-notch professional and extremely knowlegeable, fast, efficient with high quality work. I highly recommend Precision for garage door services...the best around!! My only concern is the AI chatting freaked me out a little. It would be a good idea to let people know you are chatting with AI beforehand. That may lose a few customers, but it would help older people like me adjust to the AI experience. Request Evan if you can!!!
