    I always hold off on reviews to ensure the products and services I purchased meet or exceed expectations, and wow am I happy with the new garage door I ordered from Precision Garage Door of Akron. The old one (seen in the pic with the numbers on it), was heavy, loud, and had little insulation to hold off the cold winter temps. The new one is gorgeous, whisper quiet, and in the dead of winter kept the garage at a comfortable 45 degrees when it was below zero outside. Jim handled my initial phone call. Michael managed the site visit; he was very thorough in the inspection and measuring and answered all of my questions without a high pressure sales pitch. He then ushered me though design. It took a few weeks for the manufacturer to bring our design to life, and then Derek managed the install, taking the old door and all the old rails with him. He explained maintenance and helped me set up the extra features. Kathy and Amber were a big help scheduling it all. So bottom line, great people, great prices, lots of design options. It's hard to find reliable home service providers, so I am beyond grateful I found Precision and they delivered.
