He was very prompt, extremely informative in giving all different options and price points with explanations for each, very personable and professional. At no time did we feel like he was “winging” it or trying to up-sell us. Definitely an asset to your team. As for the charges, it’s basically in line with what we anticipated.

Due to the age of the components he replaced all of them and Precision has an option for a lifetime warranty which gives great peace of mind if future problems arise.
