Wonderful experience! Someone answered the phone at 6:45 PM on Friday evening and was clear and understanding when I told her my garage door was damaged. It was not an emergency so she arranged for someone to come out first thing Monday morning. The technician, Chris, was very efficient and provided several options for repairing my aging garage door. He then did the repair work so that my garage door now hums when it opens and closes. I kinda miss the clanging and crunching noises it used to make but I think I can get used to my quieter garage door. These guys are good!

The service was fantastic the guys did a great job with no mess at all. Chris was very helpful, I thought it might be a little pricey, but then again I haven’t price a garage door or garage door repair in over twenty years. The only regret I have is I wish I would have had them put the one existing opener on the side that doesn’t get opened much and the new opener on the side that opens everyday for my wife’s car. Overall I’m am completely satisfied and would recommend precision door too all of my friends. Thank You Joe Hennessey
