My garage door stopped working Sunday night. Monday morning I found Precision Doors on Google and was shocked that they had same day service. I was able to book a time that worked best for me and my appointment was confirmed immediately. David came out to assess the problem. He gave me two options with quotes to choose from. It was a pretty big project but David assured me he had everything he needed and could complete the job same day. David saved me money by fixing my existing door and replacing the motor and other parts. I love how smooth my door operates now. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Thanks David!!

Today I have what no one else likes your garage door stops working. Mine stopped closing, and it was an older unit. Geoffrey Grouse first off reached out to me via text to let me know he was on his way and he would be there within 20 minutes, he added a personal touch though he asked me if I needed anything to drink because he was gonna stop and get himself something to drink, which I greatly appreciate it, even though I didn’t need anything. When he arrived, he introduced himself. We talked for a brief second and he said let me get a look at your door. He found the issues. It is an older unit and it wound up being something that he could fix. While he was there, I requested a preventative maintenance on my garage door, which after his full inspection, he came to me with three different quotes on items to be preventive and items that needed to be fixed. I chose the mid item which gets most of my components replaced with a 10 year warranty, which is exceptional for me that I don’t have to worry about my garage door for the next 10 years. I just wanna send my my thanks and gratitude out to the company and especially to Geoffrey Grouse.
