Kevin showed up as scheduled, explained all that he was going to do, after he inspected the complete garage door operation he gave me 3 choices of what needed to be done, he then replaced the broken spring in about a half hour. The service tech Kevin O'hara was puntual and explained the process of Precision's service call practice, which was very helpful. We requested replacenent of the bottom door gasket and after his evaluation, we needed much more. He was very thorough and gave us 3 options. We decided on the Best option because the door is 31 years old, and still in good shape. He completed the repairs as promised and reviewed the work with us and the door works perfectly.
