The Precision Door technician, Geoffrey Grouse, was very professional, answered all of our questions, presented the options, did meticulous work in installing the new motor and explaining its operations. We couldn’t be happier, And on a day with subzero temperatures and 10 inches of snow on the ground, needless to say we were very impressed that you provided the service and we thank you!

David was very personable and professional even in the sub-zero weather. He gave us several options to choose from to best fit our needs. Would definitely recommend them.

Kevin responded from precision doors because our garage door was not opening. Kevin reviewed the whole system and provided an estimate to fix the entire door system as it was from 2006. There were a number of issues from the last installation including burned wires that could have caused a fire. He provided me with three different estimates with a full explanation of what they include. I picked the estimate which included everything but the doors. Kevin was able to fix the system in about 4 hours. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service.
