Kevin responded from precision doors because our garage door was not opening. Kevin reviewed the whole system and provided an estimate to fix the entire door system as it was from 2006. There were a number of issues from the last installation including burned wires that could have caused a fire. He provided me with three different estimates with a full explanation of what they include. I picked the estimate which included everything but the doors. Kevin was able to fix the system in about 4 hours. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service.
