The service tech Kevin O'hara was puntual and explained the process of Precision's service call practice, which was very helpful. We requested replacenent of the bottom door gasket and after his evaluation, we needed much more. He was very thorough and gave us 3 options. We decided on the Best option because the door is 31 years old, and still in good shape. He completed the repairs as promised and reviewed the work with us and the door works perfectly. We were very pleased with Kevin and Precision Garage Door and would recommend their services.

The initial consultation regarding need for repair or replacement of door was prompt and excellent with thorough assessment and appropriate options and recommendations provided. New door installation was very well done and installer did an exceptional job and provided appropriate instructions, etc. regarding operation of the door and its various features.

Jonathon was very professional and clearly indicated what service was required to my garage door opener and the options. He called me ahead of time to indicate he was on his way and arrived on time. The work performed was excellent and had the new opener and updates required for my garage door completed within a few hours of his arrival. I am so impressed with how quiet the opener is and how easily he was able to add the ability to open the garage door with a phone app. So very much please either the service and the product from the company.

Our service tech was Jonathan Guffey. Experienced. Polite. Timely arrival. After asking a few questions, he quickly reviewed the system and provided a number of options. Politely, and completely, answered all questions. We had a broken torsion spring. Had replacement parts in van. Quickly replaced the failed and some worn components and then rebalanced the system. He conducted a very complete "post repair" review. Quickly cleaned up his worksite. Highly recommended.
