Today I have what no one else likes your garage door stops working. Mine stopped closing, and it was an older unit. Geoffrey Grouse first off reached out to me via text to let me know he was on his way and he would be there within 20 minutes, he added a personal touch though he asked me if I needed anything to drink because he was gonna stop and get himself something to drink, which I greatly appreciate it, even though I didn’t need anything. When he arrived, he introduced himself. We talked for a brief second and he said let me get a look at your door. He found the issues. It is an older unit and it wound up being something that he could fix. While he was there, I requested a preventative maintenance on my garage door, which after his full inspection, he came to me with three different quotes on items to be preventive and items that needed to be fixed. I chose the mid item which gets most of my components replaced with a 10 year warranty, which is exceptional for me that I don’t have to worry about my garage door for the next 10 years. I just wanna send my my thanks and gratitude out to the company and especially to Geoffrey Grouse.

Geoff was absolutely amazing from start to finish! His professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciated the way he listened to our needs, explained our options, and never once made us feel pressured. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I had a spring snap in March. Jimmy was our technician and came out same day. He was so professional and informative and pleasant! Just a couple days ago, I discovered that that service was covered in our homeowners insurance....but someone from Precision would have to call our insurance and provide information in order for us to have a hope of retroactive reimbursement. This is not something that they HAD to do for me. David responded to my request and was so kind and willing to spend his personal time making that call to my insurance, with no direct benefit to himself at all. This company will always have my business! Thank you so much!

Easy to schedule, technician on time and called before hand to inform me of anticipated arrival. Jimmy explained everything in detail and was very thorough. He was very safety conscious.
