Today I have what no one else likes your garage door stops working. Mine stopped closing, and it was an older unit. Geoffrey Grouse first off reached out to me via text to let me know he was on his way and he would be there within 20 minutes, he added a personal touch though he asked me if I needed anything to drink because he was gonna stop and get himself something to drink, which I greatly appreciate it, even though I didn’t need anything. When he arrived, he introduced himself. We talked for a brief second and he said let me get a look at your door. He found the issues. It is an older unit and it wound up being something that he could fix. While he was there, I requested a preventative maintenance on my garage door, which after his full inspection, he came to me with three different quotes on items to be preventive and items that needed to be fixed. I chose the mid item which gets most of my components replaced with a 10 year warranty, which is exceptional for me that I don’t have to worry about my garage door for the next 10 years. I just wanna send my my thanks and gratitude out to the company and especially to Geoffrey Grouse.

I had a spring snap in March. Jimmy was our technician and came out same day. He was so professional and informative and pleasant! Just a couple days ago, I discovered that that service was covered in our homeowners insurance....but someone from Precision would have to call our insurance and provide information in order for us to have a hope of retroactive reimbursement. This is not something that they HAD to do for me. David responded to my request and was so kind and willing to spend his personal time making that call to my insurance, with no direct benefit to himself at all. The technician was very helpful and informative of what he was doing. The garage door is now working properly, a lot less noise going up and down. The remote in car now working.

I booked online yesterday and had them out today the website was super easy to navigate. My garage door wasn’t operating, and I figured the motor was shot. He pointed out burn marks on the circuit board and explained that the damage had been building for a while which lined up with the issues, I’d been having before it finally quit.He replaced the opener, went through the whole door, and swapped out the worn parts so everything was balanced and running right.
