Darrin explained what he was going to do to fix the issue. He was clear and very patient while performing these tests. Darrin resolved the problem and restore my camera video recording. We recently had a new garage door and opener installed by Precision. While there were some delays on the manufacturers end, communication is key and Beth in the office kept me up to date so I was never guessing. My experience with Brian who came out to assess and give recommendations based on what I wanted was phenomenal. He listened and didn’t try to sell me their most expensive door and gave me his honest feedback on where I definitely wanted to spend a little more. Installer was Anthony and he was punctual, set expectations with me when he arrived, was meticulous and walked me through everything when he was finished. I could not have asked for a better experience except on the manufacturer delay side but these things happen and because Precision stepped up and kept me informed, it made all the difference. We love our new Amarr door which replaced a very dated plain old white white one. Also, cannot stress enough how quiet it is thanks to Brian’s recommendation to step up to the very sleek Precision branded belt drive opener. Wow what a difference!
