We were having an issue with our remote not connecting to recently installed garage door openers. Darrin solved the problem and also installed an exterior keypad. He patiently walked me through using the controls and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He even took the time to lubricate the garage door rollers. Precision Door was the first contractor I found online and after speaking with one of their representatives I felt I need not look any further. I knew I made the right decision when their technician, Tina Pennypacker went over the garage door opener and diagnosed the problems. she was self-assured and ,knowledgeable, describing in detail each problem and what's he would do to solve that problem. she gave me a few options, necessary work to get the door working properly, and optional work that would result in eliminating problems that were sure to arise soon. the pricing was fair and she went about her repairs quickly and efficiently.
