    Yesterday Chris Y and Anthony installed 2 new garage doors (including front frames) at my home and I am happy to report that everything went very well: In the morning they texted me to let me know when they will arrive and upon arrival they helped me remove stuff stored in the garage before they got started. Both were courteous and positive. When they removed one of the (old) garage doors Anthony mentioned that he recognized his great-grandfather’s sign on one of the doors from when the latter put in the doors originally. That was in the late 60s, hence the doors lasted about 60 years – “it’s a family business” commented Anthony. I also wanted to mention that when the work was completed and everything was already packed up, I asked one of the installers, Chris Y, if he could caulk a few spots near the frame. “No problem, I will be happy to do it” he said, got his caulk gun from the truck, and did me the favor although it was past 6 pm and he had been at work for about 10 hours. I found that attitude both very nice and very professional. I will be long gone next time my garage doors will need to be replaced, but I am sure Precision Doors will still be in business and will continue to make their customers happy.
