Was in need of a whole replacement and install of an opener. My garage is small, has never had an opener, and was concerned about the ability to put everything in. I reached out to another company, but their Main concern was not to be customer oriented apparently; they did not come out when they said they would and failed to communicate. Precision was the complete opposite. Brian came out and discussed all my concerns with me and put me at ease about the entire process. He didn't explain things with professional jargon so I understood everything going forward. The company reached out and was understanding about my scheduling needs when the door and parts arrived, working with me to find the best day for both parties. Anthony came out today and installed the door and I couldn't be more impressed. Zero debris left behind, handled all the peculiarities caused by the previous home owner, and did the job quickly and accurately. Couldn't be more impressed from start to finish. Already have recommended them to friends.

Our service technician was Dylan. He did a fantastic job. He explained all my options in detailed, and so I could make the the best decision. After the work was finished, he he explained and showed me everything that was done. He was kind, courteous, and respectful. I would definitely recommend Precision garage doors.
