Darrin Mills was the technician and he was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Helped me decide what was best for my needs and budget. Didn't try to upsell which I appreciated. He called the night before to confirm the appointment and giving me a time frame. He also called as he said he would 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will use them again.

I had one spring break on one of my garage doors which needed to be fixed. I told the representative (Chris) that I was moving in less than a week and was just interested in getting the spring replaced and the door operating. Chris told me that he couldn't just fix the one spring but had to do an inspection and then he would give me a quote to fix the door "the right way". He did his inspection and then after about 20 minutes provided me with two quotes, one for over $900 and the other for over $1200. Chris suggested that if I just wanted the spring fixed I should get a handyman! I called you because over the last twenty years I have used you for repairs. It cost me $80 to have you come out and accomplish nothing but try to make a lot of money off of me. I was able to buy a new spring at Home Depot and my neighbor installed it for me in less than an hour and the door is working fine, which is what I needed! I got two new springs at Home Depot for a little over $20. This experience now has me questioning how much I was overcharged in the past. I will never use your company nor recommend you again!!

Larry and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you wish to replace an existing garage door or you are building a new structure. The website is complete with information to design and view your new door virtually. Jim set up a visit to assist us with the process of measuring the space through to completing the order. He was very thorough and brought samples of materials and colors for the style we chose. Shawn and Connor, the technicians assigned to install the new door and accessories were professional, friendly, and careful installing the new door and a garage opener. Moreover, the communication between us and the company from start to completion of our job was A+. We highly recommend this company.

Tom explained their process fully so we knew what to expect. Victor called ahead with an ETA and arrived on time. He explained the repair and cost then went immediately to work. Victor recommended an additional small repair to reinforce the garage door and after he explained the benefit we added it to the job as well. Victor was competent and thorough and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Gabe was excellent. He called about 20 minutes before he got here, to let me know he was on the way. He arrived and finished during the time window promised. He was able to fix issues won both garage doors ... not major adjustments, so it went fairly quickly. He explained what the issues were, and what to look for going forward. As my openers are somewhat old, we also discussed potential options if and when one needs to be replaced, such as having an opener with WIFI capability. Highly recommend Gabe.
