Thomas Richardson called to tell me that he was on his way and showed up promptly. He was pleasant and explained the different options for maintaining the garage door and opener and calculated their respective costs. He worked in a very hot garage to complete the tasks and was professional.

Sean was great! Worked to get the door open and replaced to outdoor key pad. He also told us the lock key would not allow us to operate the door...was not told that when installed.
