    I had a wonderful experience recently with Precision. From the very beginning, I felt at ease and felt that I would get the best service and quality for the price. I worked with Tom for pricing; he made wonderful suggestions, and did not come on with a hard sell. Indeed, because of a door that was left in stock, I got an upgraded door (with window, which I initially didn't want) for the same price as a lower-priced, windowless door.

    On the day of installation, Tom was in my driveway at 7:15 for an 8:00 start time, to begin looking over the lay of the land. Angel arrived soon after. Both men worked all day--they left around 4 p.m.--in miserable heat and humidity. Never once did they even enter my house, although I asked them to several times to get out of the heat. They stopped only for lunch. The job looks beautiful, the work is perfect, and the place was completely clean afterward.

    Precision was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them for garage repair two years ago. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of work on a garage door.
