We initially wanted to temporarily remove our old door to facilitate drywall work in our garage but when the door was inspected we learned that it could not be removed without damaging it. At that point Tom walked us through the new door options without pressuring us to buy. We ordered a new door but when it arrived the installers realized that the original measurements were incorrect and our door had to be ordered at a custom size. Tom handled this without any additional charge and the correct sized door arrived the next week. Angel and his assistant installed the door perfectly in one morning. But, I want to mention that the person who answered the phone also was very kind and gave me a much smaller range of time than my old company. With my old company, it was necessary to wait all day. The person who answered the phone said that it would be between 1 and 4, a much shorter time span. AJ was even early. I highly recommend Precision Door company.
