I chose a 5 Star rating because Precision lived up to their website. I was surprised by a broken spring at 6:40 AM. I found Precision on the web and indeed someone answered the phone at 7:10 AM. In quick order someone was scheduled to repair my door that afternoon. Precision’s mechanic, Tim, was personable, professional, on time, explained my issue in detail, and repaired the door. I was very satisfied.

We have been waiting for a few months for a local garage door business to repair our broken spring. But they wouldn't even return our calls. We searched for another company to help us out and found quite a few with very low mixed reviews BUT Precision Door Service had all 5 star reviews. We called on a Friday, had an appointment set up for Monday. Greg, the service tech, showed up exactly when he was supposed to. He also sent a text message with his picture saying that he was on the way. Very professional with the safety precautions. Greg surveyed the job, explained all the options to us, then started working after we had agreed upon the price. We chose the better spring with the longer 'life.' Greg is very personable, friendly, and professional. The company is definitely one that we would recommend.

Technician was great!-(Victor) Fast, Professional, Courteous, Highly Skilled! When I called rep was honest enough to tell me that either Tech would be there after 8:00 PM or he could be there between 9:00 AM -11:30 AM which was fine. Due to mix-up on their part Tech never showed until 2:30 PM. Rep on phone wasn't as forthcoming as he should have been and admit that they sent Tech to another call first even though I was told I would be first on schedule next day! Nobody called until I did after they hadn't showed up during agreed time frame.

Mr. Greene, Thank you for your feedback. Yes, that Sunday was a strange day and the technician went to a different job first. We don't know the reason for this, but it could have been that the technician was trying to eliminate unnecessary driving back and forth. We will speak to our staff about contacting customers regarding arrival times in order to prevent unnecessary waiting. Thanks again for your response.

I had my old garage door replaced. The new door is very nice and easy to operate, although I realized there is no handle on the outside to lift the door up. However, the door is light enough to raise up with not much difficulty. (I am a Senior citizen). Victor was very nice and hard working and did a wonderful job. He showed me everything that was replaced and put a lock on the inside for me. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend Precision Doors with no hesitation.
