I have never been unhappy with these guys. Every one of them from the phone reception to the technician are courteous and professional. My “contractor “ had spent days trying to get the garage door fixed after a storm and I had finally said to him enough is enough. I am calling the guys who put it in. I called Precision yesterday afternoon and was able to make an appt for today. Tech Chris was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. Identified options for future work that could be done but did not try to upsell me. He got the garage door working again which is what I needed. Every part of the process, from initial call to completion was easy and well done. If/when I decide to pursue replacement of my aging units, I’ll go with Precision.
