the tech Mark that came to fix my Liftmaster garage door opener came on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I called for service the CSR was very helpful and I got an appointment the next day. She stated that their trucks are fully equipped with parts. Mark checked the opener and stated I had 2 options. get a new motor at $900.00 or logic board and travel module. Of course I took the cheaper route and Mark called and gave me the parts numbers and told me I should order them. I was surprised that I had to order parts when the CSR told me their trucks are fully equipped. When the parts came in I called and Mark came back and installed the them and the door is now working fine. I paid $85.00 for the 1st service call and on the return visit the $85.00 fee was waived. I am just happy the door is now working regardless of the cost. Mark also suggested I get Surge protectors . Definitely will use Precision again.

If I could give a ten star review I would. Firstly, Precision sold us and installed our new garage door. The amount of time the installers took to make sure every detail was right blew my mind. They had a ton of work to do to install new rails and the quality of that effort was A+. What we didn’t realize (because the door was operational after install) was that our 1/2hp door opener motor was not the right amount of hp needed to lift the door. So shortly after install the opener was giving us issues. Let’s just say our DIY efforts to install new opener were unsuccessful and we called Precision to come out to fix our install. Chris was able to offer an appointment for the same week. He called to alert me that he was on his way (and also offered to pick up anything I might need at the gas station he was calling me from!) and arrived well within the anticipated window he scheduled. Upon arrival he listened to me as I explained the situation and got to work sussing out root cause. In short order he identified issue and offered me two solutions and two ways to approach the problem from a billing perspective. He fixed the problem and then went above and beyond when he also programmed the Homelink in both cars, installed an exterior access pad, redid the wiring for the opener and sensors, and helped me set up the garage door in the manufacturer’s gap. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We would recommend Precision to anyone who asks and will be sure to call them anytime we need help with our door or opener. They have more than earned our trust and business!

I have never been unhappy with these guys. Every one of them from the phone reception to the technician are courteous and professional. My “contractor “ had spent days trying to get the garage door fixed after a storm and I had finally said to him enough is enough. I am calling the guys who put it in. Precision Door and they had it repaired and running in about an hour! Thank you Jacob and Precision Door!
