We couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional customer service we received from the entire Precision Garage Door team! Our old door broke during the coldest part of the winter and a tech was out the next day to evaluate situation. After discussing EVERY option we decided on a new door that could be installed the next week. The communication was great, the installation team of Greg and Javier were on time, professional, polite and friendly. They installed the new door and got all the tech aspects set up in a very reasonable timeframe. These guys know what they’re doing! We would recommend Precision to anyone looking for repairs or replacement. I called Precision yesterday afternoon and was able to make an appt for today. Tech Chris was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. Identified options for future work that could be done but did not try to upsell me. He got the garage door working again which is what I needed. Every part of the process, from initial call to completion was easy and well done. If/when I decide to pursue replacement of my aging units, I’ll go with Precision.
