    Prompt and job was done good.

    Only Issue is the price.
    Cost of each spring is $100 and for two springs it was $200. It is way above the average. I called the main office and gave them the details. The manager did call me (which I appreciate) and explained to me the reason for markup.

    I told him that 40% markup is way above the industry average.

    I did see an average of $200 to replace garage springs, but precision charged $324 which I feel is too high. My suggestion is to do a cost research before hiring Precision.
