Precision Garage Services replaced our Garage door opener. Jonathan their technician did a fantastic job explaining all options and installing the unit. Highly recommend them for garage door services.

There's a reason this company has such incredible reviews!! Our cables broke on 3/13/26 (or so we thought). Precision was the only company I needed to contact, by 9am an appointment was already set for following morning. Like many companies they gave a window of when to expect the technician. UNLIKE most companies I actually received a phone call from Jacob with a more accurate time he'd arrive. Turns out we needed more work than expected but were given not 2 or 3 but 4 options depending on what we felt comfortable replacing & spending at the moment. Not once did we feel pressured into going with/spending the most & we appreciated that. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & a pleasure to meet. We did end up replacing everything that was recommended & he finished the job in less time than either of us had anticipated. If/when we need work done on the other door, no hesitation, we will be contacting Precision Overhead Garage Door Services again & hope Jacob is still available for our area!

I have never been unhappy with these guys. Every one of them from the phone reception to the technician are courteous and professional. My “contractor “ had spent days trying to get the garage door fixed after a storm and I had finally said to him enough is enough. I am calling the guys who put it in. Precision Door and they had it repaired and running in about an hour! Thank you Jacob and Precision Door!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional customer service we received from the entire Precision Garage Door team! Our old door broke during the coldest part of the winter and a tech was out the next day to evaluate situation. After discussing EVERY option we decided on a new door that could be installed the next week. The communication was great, the installation team of Greg and Javier were on time, professional, polite and friendly. They installed the new door and got all the tech aspects set up in a very reasonable timeframe. These guys know what they’re doing! We would recommend Precision to anyone looking for repairs or replacement. Thank you also to Jacob for taking the time to explain all our options and going above and beyond to get us a solution as soon as possible. This is what customer service should be!!
