the tech Mark that came to fix my Liftmaster garage door opener came on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I called for service the CSR was very helpful and I got an appointment the next day. She stated that their trucks are fully equipped with parts. Mark checked the opener and stated I had 2 options. get a new motor at $900.00 or logic board and travel module. Of course I took the cheaper route and Mark called and gave me the parts numbers and told me I should order them. I was surprised that I had to order parts when the CSR told me their trucks are fully equipped. When the parts came in I called and Mark came back and installed the them and the door is now working fine. I paid $85.00 for the 1st service call and on the return visit the $85.00 fee was waived. I am just happy the door is now working regardless of the cost. Mark also suggested I get Surge protectors . Definitely will use Precision again.

Great Service, Easy on your schedule appointments and Frank is a great technician who takes the time to explain what’s happening with the garage doors. Appreciate the job they do each time from simple maintenance to necessary repairs.

The company was very professional from the secretary to the boss. But the real wonderful service came from the competent and capable experts who went from diagnosis to treatment! They were lovely to work with: polite, clearly explaining and their follow through to completion of our new beautiful and well functioning garage door extraordinary!

Our old door broke during the coldest part of the winter and a tech was out the next day to evaluate situation. After discussing EVERY option we decided on a new door that could be installed the next week. The communication was great, the installation team of Greg and Javier were on time, professional, polite and friendly. They installed the new door and got all the tech aspects set up in a very reasonable timeframe. These guys know what they’re doing! We would recommend Precision to anyone looking for repairs or replacement.
