We couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional customer service we received from the entire Precision Garage Door team! Our old door broke during the coldest part of the winter and a tech was out the next day to evaluate situation. After discussing EVERY option we decided on a new door that could be installed the next week. The communication was great, the installation team of Greg and Javier were on time, professional, polite and friendly. They installed the new door and got all the tech aspects set up in a very reasonable timeframe. These guys know what they’re doing! We would recommend Precision to anyone looking for repairs or replacement. Great quality door, and very professional installation, and a very fair price. The installers were extremely pleasant, respectful,and accommodating. I highly recommend anyone to check them out. Jacob responded quickly to my call that my door had developed problems, and I couldn't close it completely. He didn't leave until it was operational enough to get me through until they could install the new one. Six stars.
