This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The way I was helped when I called was like I had been a customer with them for years. She put me on hold for a little while and came back and said someone would be there in a couple of hours. Ryan showed up right when he said he would. So professional took photos then inspected it and gave me 3 quotes I had options. He worked hard and did an amazing job. Very polite and very professional. Response time was great open. One of my garage doors and it was an older spring and the cable just popped. Call The Number on a Thursday night at about 7 o'clock. Someone answered and said that there was an available first thing, Saturday morning by 8 AM I already had a text message. And then Jonathan called to say he was on his way he. Reviewed, everything showed me all of my options. Explained to me the five year guarantee and then got to work and was done with everything in about an hour called me out to assess his work before accepting any payment.It was great working with them.And I highly recommend them
