This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The way I was helped when I called was like I had been a customer with them for years. She put me on hold for a little while and came back and said someone would be there in a couple of hours. Ryan showed up right when he said he would. So professional took photos then inspected it and gave me 3 quotes I had options. He worked hard and did an amazing job. Very polite and very professional. Called Precision to see if I could upgrade my garage door open from an overhead motor to a jack shaft motor. My house was built in the 60’s and space is at a premium. Sonny came out to my house the same day that I called, and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done in order to accommodate the new motor. A few days later I was ready for the install and Sonny and Tyrone came out less than a week later. The install went perfectly and Sonny’s plan was spot on. Thank You Sonny, Tyrone, and Precision for making this process go so smoothly and enabling me to have the garage I wanted!

Response time was great open. One of my garage doors and it was an older spring and the cable just popped. Call The Number on a Thursday night at about 7 o'clock. Someone answered and said that there was an available first thing, Saturday morning by 8 AM I already had a text message. And then Jonathan called to say he was on his way he. Reviewed, everything showed me all of my options. Explained to me the five year guarantee and then got to work and was done with everything in about an hour called me out to assess his work before accepting any payment.It was great working with them.And I highly recommend them
