    Dylan was amazing! Was giving a 4-hour arrival window and Dylan called to let me know he could arrive earlier...yes please! 100% courteous and respectful. Offered to remove his shoes, asked permission to come and go as needed to complete inspection. Educated me about garage doors, and specifically my door, as he did a thorough inspection of the entire system and not just the broken springs. Uncovered a few other areas that could be addressed and thoroughly explained why, so it did not at all feel as a misleading upsell. Within 20 minutes, he provided the different options I had for the repair and we agreed on the one that made the most sense. Price-wise, it felt reasonable, and he got right to work. 1.5 hours later, my door is back in business, 80% quieter than before, and purring like a puppy. Dylan was a true gentleman and professional. Aside from a flawlessly functioning door, my favorite part of this experience was that Dylan obviously loved his job and was proud of his craftsmanship. They may seem like a small detail, but I think speaks volumes. Highly, highly recommend. If you need Precision Door Service, ask for Dylan!
