This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The way I was helped when I called was like I had been a customer with them for years. She put me on hold for a little while and came back and said someone would be there in a couple of hours. Ryan showed up right when he said he would. So professional took photos then inspected it and gave me 3 quotes I had options. He worked hard and did an amazing job. Very polite and very professional. Needed a broken spring on one door replaced. The technician (Ryan), who was sent to resolve the problem, was a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival, Ryan did not just focus on fixing the problem, but took time to inspect both garage doors and explain what should be replaced. Ryan gave 3 different proposals and also worked with me on pricing. No pressure on choosing what was good for me. Choosing to have both doors done, Ryan was impressive time wise for repairing and replacing parts that needed to be replaced.
