Steve Ulloa was the serviceman who was dispatched to service our Liftmaster garage door opener. When he completed the work, he walked me through a tutorial of how the mechanism works and how to maintain it. Steve was personable, polite, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the workings of garage door openers. I was pleased with the initial visit for sure. He was very professional. There was a bit of confusion on sending me a receipt for my purchase and deposit. There was also some confusion on the install date. I called when I had not heard anything three weeks later and found out that a time was set up already? After that was straightened out the rest was perfect. The installer was super friendly and professional. The door looks and works great! Would definitely recommend just be sure communication is straight. Would have given five stars but, people are not perfect. None of us :)

They were so incredible to come help me before the holiday! They absolutely gained a customer today. I'm gonna clean the garage out and have them come replace the old parts.
