Excellent experience today with Precision Garage Door. Carlos was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Clear detailed explanations of his findings and the various options for repairs. So pleased were we with end result of the one he came to fix that we asked him to do our second door too. He was happy to do so and reached out to Sonny to arrange for some extra supplies to complete everything in this one visit. Sonny was equally as pleasant and professional and the two of them completed the work with care and attention. Carlos ensured everything was fully programed, explained all the new features and answered our questions. A full days work with excellent results, great customer service and two happy new customers.
