Needed a broken spring on one door replaced. The technician (Ryan), who was sent to resolve the problem, was a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival, Ryan did not just focus on fixing the problem, but took time to inspect both garage doors and explain what should be replaced. Ryan gave 3 different proposals and also worked with me on pricing. No pressure on choosing what was good for me. I was not expecting to get my garage door fix in the same day with all new equipment, long story short I call to get someone to my new home to fix my garage door and they send Carlos Ortiz and he double check everything came to find out my motor to my garage door was installed in 1994 lol and also with the rest of the parts that was also old and he show me all the new that they and I came across on a reasonable price that fit my budget and next thing you know he got everything installed and working smooth. Called Precision to see if I could upgrade my garage door open from an overhead motor to a jack shaft motor. My house was built in the 60’s and space is at a premium. Sonny came out to my house the same day that I called, and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done in order to accommodate the new motor.
