    I called Precision after experiencing occasional problems with my "electric eye" garage door closing part way before going back up on its own without anything underneath its track to impede its full closure. The company sent out a technician named Thalles the following day to diagnose the problem. Thalles was excellent - courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After observing the problem, he disclosed possible causes for the troubling issue. His first thought was that the sensors on each side of the door's track weren't aligned properly. After making an adjustment to one of the sensors, we tried closing the door a few times to test it out. Success! Problem solved! A simple fix! Knock on wood, I've had no problems with the door since Thalles made that adjustment. Bottom line is I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services (I'm a two-time customer) and Thalles the technician if you have a problem. I doubt you'll be disappointed
