Called Precision to see if I could upgrade my garage door open from an overhead motor to a jack shaft motor. My house was built in the 60’s and space is at a premium. Sonny came out to my house the same day that I called, and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done in order to accommodate the new motor. A few days later I was ready for the install and Sonny and Tyrone came out less than a week later. The install went perfectly and Sonny’s plan was spot on. Needed a broken spring on one door replaced. The technician (Ryan), who was sent to resolve the problem, was a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival, Ryan did not just focus on fixing the problem, but took time to inspect both garage doors and explain what should be replaced.
