With guests arriving and the garage door unsafe to open without the spring, timing was critical. I was fortunate that Precision was able to schedule a same-day appointment, and that’s when Rob Sawyer truly made a stressful situation easy. Rob arrived right on time for the 2:00 PM appointment, despite it being a very cold day. I demonstrated what was happening with the door, and he immediately conducted a thorough inspection of the entire system. He clearly explained the issue and walked me through multiple repair options, each with its own quote, so I could choose the course of action that best fit my situation. There was no pressure at all—just clear, honest information. Once I made my decision, Rob got right to work. His expertise was evident throughout the entire process. I just had to replace the springs and motor. It was still under warranty which I didn’t know. I had 2 different employees out here. One did all the work and the other came by to replace the motor because he had it in the trunk. The other didn’t. First they were up and honest about the warranty. I called on a Wednesday and they were here by 11:00 am on a Thursday. All was completed in a timely professional manner. I highly recommend using this company. They stand by their work and their warranty. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and professional. Great personalities and performance. I live in Yorktown and they had to come from Va Beach.
