Pleasure to deal with especially Rob Sawyer our technician. Timely, responsive, patient. Thoroughly answered all questions and gave several options for repairs. His communication was excellent, keeping me informed as to the status of our parts and ensured we were scheduled quickly to resolve our issue. Additionally he kept us informed as to his arrival time, which was as scheduled. I have works with two other garage door companies and they absolutely pale in comparison to the level of service and support Rob provided. I wouldn’t use anyone else from here on out and only sorry I didn’t come by Precision sooner.

From my call to schedule through the service, Precision has been professional and easy to work with. Rob, the technician, did the inspection and tune-up and explained problem spots. I am interested in replacing the door, opener, the works, and he provided transparent estimates for both repair and replacement.

Tom was professional, thorough and proactive. I felt like he genuinely enjoys his job; he communicated very well; He fixed he problem and also took steps to prevent future problems and explained the way the system functions. Highly recommend!
