We had a motor moved to a different location in our garage. Jared did a fine job of installing the new device; however, left me to do the outside keypad reprogramming. In the process of trying to reprogram and connect with WiFi, I messed up the entire mechanism. Y’all were able to bring a technician out that day to help. Tom was absolutely amazing. He helped me set the code, program the WiFi and adjust the door itself. Tom was friendly, helpful and comical with me trying to locate all the passwords and such. He’s a great asset to your company. I vote employee of the month (if not new year).

My garage door outside keypad wasn't working even after the installation of new batteries. I called Precision Garage Door at 9am and I had someone at my house before noon. Not only did they install a new keypad, but checked the garage door, oiling it and making sure that it was in proper working order.
