called first thing and got same day appointment. Jeff the technician was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem in a few hours.Also appreciate he took a look and serviced my other garage door. When it is time to upgrade I will definitely contact Precision. Also has a great warranty on parts and labor.

Sean showed up exactly at the time he said. While he came totally prepared to quote the job, he was beyond respectful, knowledgeable, and was able to explain every part of his review and what the job would entail.

My experience with the Precision Garage Door tech, was excellent from start to finish. Very pleasant, exclaimed what he was going to do, and why. But, with that said, it was very expensive. All I needed was a new garage door opener. I had dropped mine and it stopped working. But, unfortunately it wasn’t that easy. So, 384.00 dollars later. Bottom line, would I call Precision Garage Door again. No. I definitely would look for an alternative.

I initially called precision about a clicking sound and something that was hanging down from the wall. I was able to have someone one out almost the next day. My tech Rob explained what it was and we discussed the wear and tear , the dry rot on a piece and also the fact that the door looked , felt and sounded as though it was coming apart at the seams. In fact there were cracks beginning in. various areas. I inquired about the cost of a new door and we began talking about different types and prices. He was honest and not at all trying to convince me to purchase a new garage door. I pleased with his professionalism and his knowledge on the matter.
