    Appointment for repair was easy to schedule and it was on the day we asked for. Rob Sawyer, our technician, arrived and replaced the door opener along with all contols and tuned up rails, door and wheels/coasters... solved our problem and did really nice work, expert and very professional !     I purchased a garage door with opener with understanding that it would take 4 weeks or so for the garage door to be built in the factory due to the 15 x 7 dimensions. Once the door was finished from the factory, I was sent updates on the status of the door and scheduling. On the install date, the technicians called and arrived before scheduled time, took less than 4 hours, and did an amazing job installing the door, opener and the trim around the door. I would recommend them for anyone who is purchasing a new door.

    I was very happy with my experience with Precision. They have been extremely responsive, highly capable, and always communicate well. They came to give me an estimate for a new door, explained everything I wanted to know. Great experience with the sales side. The new door had to be ordered and they kept me up to date on status. As soon as they received the door they scheduled the install very quickly. They came and did the install and again were very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. Very happy with the install. A few weeks later I did notice a bit of a rubbing sound on one rail. I called them about my concern on a Friday afternoon and they were there on Saturday morning to make a few minor adjustments and have it running smoothly. So I have dealt with sales, install, and service and have been happy across the board. I suppose on a new door you don't want to need a service call, but there are a lot of moving parts and things shift. I understand that. I have always been a believer in judging how well you respond when something goes wrong, not just that it always goes right. They responded very well. I would definitely recommend them.
