Precision Garage Door company is a true customer service company. There was a mix up with my appointment. However, Percision Doors made good on the mix up by sending a service person out and not rescheduling. The technician was professional, kind and explained everything including taking pictures of the problem so I understood the areas of the door that needed to be fixed. Then, the garage door was fixed the same day! Extremely happy with this company and their work!

Mike Landers was exceptionally well qualified, installing a new opener and spring for me. he explained all the components to me in detail and made sure everything was programmed even my car. Everything was well priced.

From an evening hearing a loud coil snapping….to having a much more efficient and quieter opener by 12pm next day!!! No pushy sales upgrades but more so an explanation of how things work and showing us the difference in quality. It was a no brained to add the better equipment and avoid another shocking failed opener. Thank you soooo much!

Steve provided us with superb this week. He was a very talented craftsman in his field . Based on his response we decided to install a new door seal and he several adjustments to the lifting mechanism. He is a professional who provided excellent service that included an extensive report on the door system. The following day, Tom replace the outside door seal and weather strip. He completed his assessment of the task and immediately removed the old material and prep the frame to receive the new material. He like Steve is an exceptional craftsman. He completed the task and the door is sealed and it looks great. I would recommend Steve and Tom and Precision Door Company to my neighbors for their garage door services.
