1,000% recommend Precision!!!!! Had a few people come out for quotes and they were super high and I felt like I was being talked to like I was stupid because I was female. Chris came out and he was amazing!!!! He explained everything and answered all my questions without judgement. Day of install he and his coworker(forgot his name-sorry) were polite and courteous and got the job done quicker than I thought. I have already started telling everyone to use Precision

Called to have a keypad installed, the door inspected (the home inspector had some concerns) and new remotes for our new home. Precision was here in an hour! There were multiple issues, but in a little over 2 hours, all repairs were made and the 20 year old motor was replaced and the door just glides up and down. I really appreciated the professionalism, the time taken to explain the issues and the technology that now adds an extra layer of safety and security for my family.

Highly recommend Precision. Very professional and exceptional work. They came out to give an estimate the day I called, whereas two other companies I called stood me up. Excellent communication and kept us updated during the ordering phase, the day of install and during the install. Job was completed in 4 hours (2 garage doors with keypad and indoor openers).

Tom Humter is the most technically proficient Precision tech I've had the pleasure to work with. This man knows his stuff. He made numerous ajustments that enhanced overall operation of our door. I will request him for all future service calls. He is the man in my humble opinion.

The technician was very courteous and had perfect manners. He called about 45 minutes and said he was on his way and gave me an estimated time of arrival he arrived within about five minutes of that time. He went over every detail of the door as to what needed to be done. He explained to me everything that he was going to do to get it back in tiptop shape.
