Our tech did an amazing job. He was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and then helped me learn how to reprogram the keypad. I have used Precision garage doors at several of my house throughout the years and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I initially called precision about a clicking sound and something that was hanging down from the wall. I was able to have someone one out almost the next day. My tech Rob explained what it was and we discussed the wear and tear , the dry rot on a piece and also the fact that the door looked , felt and sounded as though it was coming apart at the seams. In fact there were cracks beginning in. various areas. I inquired about the cost of a new door and we began talking about different types and prices. He was honest and not at all trying to convince me to purchase a new garage door. I pleased with his professionalism and his knowledge on the matter. Sean Currie saved me headaches and draining my wallet! Purchased a house from 1940’s. The installer (previous owner) installed a garage DIY. It hardly opened and sounded terrible. There wasn’t a motor installed and none of the safety features were installed. I had multiple companies show up and quoted me for entire change outs for thousands of dollars. Sean showed up and went over and beyond to hook up the system and gave me an extremely reasonable price. He did a full inspect and showed me how I didn’t have safety cables, look springs, and cables weren’t on the track at all. He did the multi point service and lined and installed everything. Every company came and said I didn’t have it bough room in the overhead for a motor to be installed. He stayed for 5 hours and configured everything so I had just enough clearance to install a motor. Couldn’t have asked for a more genuine and caring individual. If anyone needs work done, ask specifically for Sean Currie. Dude knows his stuff and won’t try to upsell you.
