The technician was very courteous and had perfect manners. He called about 45 minutes and said he was on his way and gave me an estimated time of arrival he arrived within about five minutes of that time. He went over every detail of the door as to what needed to be done. He explained to me everything that he was going to do to get it back in tiptop shape.

Our technician, Rob, was a consummate professional. He provided several estimates to fit customer budget along with pros and cons of each choice. Installation was fast and he provided a demonstration of annual maintenance to perform along with reach back help from Precision if required. Definitely a company of choice.

Called to have a keypad installed, the door inspected (the home inspector had some concerns) and new remotes for our new home. Precision was here in an hour! There were multiple issues, but in a little over 2 hours, all repairs were made and the 20 year old motor was replaced and the door just glides up and down.
