We had a motor moved to a different location in our garage. Jared did a fine job of installing the new device; however, left me to do the outside keypad reprogramming. In the process of trying to reprogram and connect with WiFi, I messed up the entire mechanism. Y’all were able to bring a technician out that day to help. Tom was absolutely amazing. He helped me set the code, program the WiFi and adjust the door itself. Tom was friendly, helpful and comical with me trying to locate all the passwords and such. He’s a great asset to your company. I vote employee of the month (if not new year).

I called precision on Saturday about a broken garage door at My home. They were extremely professional and courteous. They booked me an appointment for 10 AM on Monday morning. The technician called 20 minutes before he arrived at 10 AM. They technician arrived introduced himself and assessed the situation. He gave me a quote, which was in line with what they had said on the phone. Within an hour, the garage door was fixed. He made some recommendations to enhance the door but was not pushy at all. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.
