I just had to replace the springs and motor. It was still under warranty which I didn’t know. I had 2 different employees out here. One did all the work and the other came by to replace the motor because he had it in the trunk. The other didn’t. First they were up and honest about the warranty. I called on a Wednesday and they were here by 11:00 am on a Thursday. All was completed in a timely professional manner. I highly recommend using this company. They stand by their work and their warranty. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and professional. Great personalities and performance. I live in Yorktown and they had to come from Va Beach. This is the second time I have used them and I will never use anyone else. I can’t say enough good things about this awesome company. Thank you so much Precision Garage Door Company! I believe the experience was good. A little sticker shock but the gentlemen sent out were very detailed and professional. I believe the price is high but the experience was good. They made some good recommendations.
