When Jeff arrived at my home for the appointment, I was stunned to find he had a solution for me that day. He went from "Hello" to "Enjoy your new Garage Door opener" in under 3 hours. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

After speaking with Matthew at Precision Garage Door, he dispatched a technician who arrived in less than one hour. The technician, Mike, was superlative. Mike provided an excellent and affordable solution. In less than 90 minutes, Mike replaced the existing door opener, installed an interior door control unit, mounted an exterior door control unit, programmed two remote control devices for us, and provided instruction on everything. At all times, Mike was amiable, thorough, and efficient. He examined existing door hardware and stated that they were in good working condition. I found his honesty and professionalism refreshing.
