Installer Jeremy was on time, gave a courtesy arrival call. Finished 2 doors in less than 6 hours and took his time showing me how to use them and link them to a device if we choose. Very Very satisfied.

Our old Genie chain-drive garage door opener suffered a catastrophic breakdown of course, on a Sunday. I called Precision Garage Door early Monday morning and was surprised that they were able to work me in same day. By 12 Noon, Sean was on his way to us. We spoke and he spent a few minutes diagnosing the problem. The chain had broken along with something in the control unit. He worked up a couple of "Better, Best" options and explained the differences. I was happy with my selection, and he proceeded to replace the opener and install the new opener, belt drive rail, and wiring. It seemed to only take an hour or so for the whole thing. It was quality work at a reasonable price, and Sean was excellent. They also installed my two garage doors and a new opener a couple of years ago. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
