Jeff and Sean did a fine job, very efficient and courteous. Love the new opener, so quiet when operating. Would suggest if customer is interested that the technician offer a quick tutorial on where the Learn button is and how the wall panel works. I had an issue where someone else's remote was opening my door and pictures in the instruction manual were not clear. Called the main number and Chris, their quality assurance person called back within a few hours. He was able to tell me now to access the Learn button and I was able to take care of the issue myself. However, if I had preferred, Chris was ready to have a technician come out and do it for me. Precision Doors is very customer focused and I would definitely recommend them for repairs or a new garage opener/door installation.

Our experience with Precision Garage Doors was impressive. It began when the rollers fell out and we could not close a garage door. We called for help. Jamey Cullipher was a few minutes away and arrived almost immediately. He was not only responsive, he got to work analyzing the problems and replaced rollers so the door would close. He recommended solutions and scheduled the work for a few days away. The Team arrived. Jeremy was in charge and became instantly organized with Sean, a Trainee. They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. At the close of the work they went through all needs we had. Our garage is improved with an assurance of quality operating doors. We are very pleased and will recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone, especially if customers are fortunate to experience the assurance of Jamey or Jeremy.

Mike was a great service person. He explained fully and understandably what was wrong with the broken spring of my garage door. He replaced the entire mechanism, and also replaced our antiquated door opener. It is so quiet now! Thanks to Precision Garage Door and Mike for responding so quickly to my call and getting us back in business again.

The tech came out to service my overhead garage door and he took the time to teach me how to maintain the door yearly myself. I appreciated the thorough lesson.
