The technician called 20 minutes before he arrived at 10 AM. They technician arrived introduced himself and assessed the situation. He gave me a quote, which was in line with what they had said on the phone. Within an hour, the garage door was fixed. He made some recommendations to enhance the door but was not pushy at all. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.
