Had a home electric power source issue that burned up the motor in my garage door opener. Precision Garage Doors, Sean Currie, showed up the day after Christmas and walked me through the repair and replacement process. He then proceeded to take care of everything needed. Totally professional work - great quality, great service, and timely support.

Precision Garage answered quickly and was able to get me scheduled the same day with Bill. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it so everything was safe and working properly. He was professional and friendly, arrived on time, and I really appreciated the 30-minute heads-up call before arriving. I would absolutely use Precision Garage again and highly recommend them. I’ve been a Precision customer since 2014. I originally hired them to replace a broken garage door opener that was original to the house. I’ve had their garage door opener (Precision Marantec) working multiple times every day without any issues at all ever since. I recently called them for a tuneup because the rollers on my garage door which are now 25 years old were worn and making noise. The technician came out the next day. Tom was reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable and in addition to installing new quality rollers even adjusted the J hook and travel so that the door now comes down really quietly and really tightly to the ground to keep out any potential critters who might be looking for a place to go during the cold. I absolutely love that when I call them they come quickly, have the part(s) right on the truck and do a great job because we use our garage a lot.
