The technician was very courteous and had perfect manners. He called about 45 minutes and said he was on his way and gave me an estimated time of arrival he arrived within about five minutes of that time. He went over every detail of the door as to what needed to be done. He explained to me everything that he was going to do to get it back in tiptop shape.

Got an appointment the next day after my call for a general tune up and lubrication. Technician was early, and polite. Did a tune up, and after my question about replacing the rollers, found a very good coupon for me to replace my rollers with Precision Rollers (which are quite expensive) at very little cost above the service cost. Made me happy. Service call was quick and efficient. I didn't have Precision Garage Doors, but I have had them at a different residence. They are great doors and raise and lower very quietly.
