Daniel did an excellent job with my new garage door! He called on his way and was done in no time. I highly recommend Daniel and Precision Door!

We had 2 service visits. First was to repair a broken guide wire. The second was to install weather stripping around 2 garage doors. The repair work was done satisfactorily. The weather stripping install was outstanding. Only reason for only providing a 4 star review (vice 5 star) was because in the initial service call to repair what was an obvious repair of a broken cable, the technician spent nearly 30 minutes to develop an estimate for a complete replacement of the entire garage door system -- that was not desired or necessary. Recommend the technician focus on the repair, vice trying to push unnecessary replacement/repair.

The guys were excellent. All of them, from the sales to the installers. They ca.e on time. They were polite and professional and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service. They removed the old door, all the old hardware and the door opener. Then replaced everything. It looks great. It's quiet. I'm thrilled.

I called precision on Saturday about a broken garage door at My home. They were extremely professional and courteous. They booked me an appointment for 10 AM on Monday morning. The technician called 20 minutes before he arrived at 10 AM. They technician arrived introduced himself and assessed the situation. He gave me a quote, which was in line with what they had said on the phone. Within an hour, the garage door was fixed. He made some recommendations to enhance the door but was not pushy at all. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.
