The website was excellent for making an appointment. It allowed me to input data regarding the problem. The technician arrived during the specified time range and gave me a call in advance for an even earlier arrival. The technician was very knowledgeable and had the parts on hand to fix the problem. He fixed the remote expeditiously and gave us a complete inspection on the current condition. We have been very pleased with our garage door and the service we have had in the past for maintenance and small repairs. Precision Garage Door is great!

I’ve been a Precision customer since 2014. I originally hired them to replace a broken garage door opener that was original to the house. I’ve had their garage door opener (Precision Marantec) working multiple times every day without any issues at all ever since. I recently called them for a tuneup because the rollers on my garage door which are now 25 years old were worn and making noise. The technician came out the next day. Tom was reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable and in addition to installing new quality rollers even adjusted the J hook and travel so that the door now comes down really quietly and really tightly to the ground to keep out any potential critters who might be looking for a place to go during the cold. I absolutely love that when I call them they come quickly, have the part(s) right on the truck and do a great job because we use our garage a lot.
