    I was very happy with my experience with Precision. They have been extremely responsive, highly capable, and always communicate well. They came to give me an estimate for a new door, explained everything I wanted to know. Great experience with the sales side. The new door had to be ordered and they kept me up to date on status. As soon as they received the door they scheduled the install very quickly. They came and did the install and again were very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. Very happy with the install. A few weeks later I did notice a bit of a rubbing sound on one rail. I called them about my concern on a Friday afternoon and they were there on Saturday morning to make a few minor adjustments and have it running smoothly. So I have dealt with sales, install, and service and have been happy across the board. I suppose on a new door you don't want to need a service call, but there are a lot of moving parts and things shift. I understand that. I have always been a believer in judging how well you respond when something goes wrong, not just that it always goes right. They responded very well. I would definitely recommend them.
