Precision Garage Door is exceptional! My garage door spring broke late in the afternoon and I called Precision to see if they could have someone come out to fix it. Talk about responsive! They answered my call right away and their service technician, Robert Sawyer, came out within an hour. He did a complete assessment of the problem and provided me with several options. Door and springs were over 30 years old and due their age I ended up replacing the whole spring and rod assembly, as well as put in a new door opener. There was not a lot of room to work in my low ceiling garage, but Mr Sawyer was able to overcome this challenge and get it all done. He was the most hard working, dedicated service technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He took great pride in his work and ensured all was done right. Precision Garage Door is definitely going to be my go-to company for any future garage door work. They have my highest recommendation.

Highly recommended: I shopped around and the price was the best for a larger company. The technician explained everything about the job and answered some questions. The customer service with scheduling and follow up was excellent.

From an evening hearing a loud coil snapping….to having a much more efficient and quieter opener by 12pm next day!!! No pushy sales upgrades but more so an explanation of how things work and showing us the difference in quality. It was a no brained to add the better equipment and avoid another shocking failed opener. Thank you soooo much!
