Called precision door at 8:30am and the technician was at my home at 12 noon, quick response and had the problem (door coil springs) fixed in 30 minutes, can’t get any better that kind of service.

David did a great job explaining the problem and what needed to be done. It was in a simple, easy to understand. I will request David in the future. I will add that all the other techs have been nice too.

I called Precision based on their great reviews and their website showing pictures and bios of their technicians. Ron L came out today to look at two garage doors that weren't working. He was professional, friendly and easy to talk with. He fixed the problems quickly, answered all my questions generously and gave me helpful information about maintaining the garage doors. I couldn't have asked for a more satisfying service experience.

Austin is professional, pleasant and understanding. He cares about his workmanship. He answers questions politely and works quickly. He’s a delightful person who gets the job done well. He replaced both garage doors’ seals and keypad. (This was the reason for my call.) He gave info for items that were showing age to be aware for future repairs. He went over invoice before working, so I knew the charges. He cleaned up the area & respected the property. Definitely recommend his work!

Justin was on time and courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. Gave some additional advice which I found helpful.

Aaron came out to look at our garage door. We have been having issues with it not closing properly or reliably. We had another provider come out a couple of times and they have been unable to address it. Aaron spent about an hour tweaking and adjusting the door and it is now running better than ever.

Arnold was my installer. He was excellent. reviewed all my options and pricing. after deciding on his recommendations, he went to work and completed the job quickly. programmed the wall opener and all the car openers. Arnold was friendly, professional and the job was neat and clean. used precision at my last home. they are the best.

Chad was very professional and nice. He explained what he was going to do and the cost associated with it. After he completed the install, he went over how to operate the keypad, door remotes and the wall unit. I am very pleased with the service I received today.

After another company failed to respond to our multiple phone and email messages, we gave PRECISION a try...and were VERY PLEASED! They setup a repair date for us on the 1st call for the very next morning(!) and advised us of when to expect arrival within a 2-hour time block. Ryan was an excellent, highly experienced technician and immediately saw the problem--a broken spring. Within 45-minutes or so he had it completely repaired with all new parts from his van. After inspecting the other door features he did a tune-up (tightening and lubricating) until the door purred like a kitten upon opening and closing. I asked him for a door sticker...Next Time I'll call Precision first!

I liked the add online, introducing the repair men with bio. Clayton Stainer was courteous and professional. Liked his working attitude and commonsense. He corrected the original installers mistakes, those guys just told me this is the way it has to be. Sure after a few years it broke the mounting rail and burn out the motor.There was no stud support directly behind the rail. I really like the compilate job with camera and every thing programed.

We called Precision Doors on Monday asking them to evaluate our garage door which was not closing properly. Within minutes our concerns were heard and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. The technician was right on time, kind and professional. He explained the problem, presented a solution and within 1 hour the garage door was good as new. Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service.

Jerron completed the initial inspection and identified issues we were not aware of. (in addition to the broken cables) He did an excellent job of explaining why we needed to replace the parts that he identified as a safety concerns. All the parts were replaced in a timely manner and Jerron cleaned up everything before he left. Jerron was pleasant to talk to and was very respectful when discussing the issues with the door.

The technicians were on time. They performed all the work as stated on the contract and took time to explain the details of the garage remote and also helped with the programing as well. All old materials were hauled away and my area was left very clean. I am beyond satisfied with the full installation.

Paul, was excellent he explained everything to us in great detail gave us all the choices that we had. Told us until our new door came. We might want to be careful opening and closing the door as little as possible. I had explained to him. I was concerned that the door might collapse. Garage door would not open except by hand pushing. I called mid day and repairman was there by 4:15 same day. He introduced himself and was very courteous and fixed door within minutes. Will call them again if needed!!

Dominique arrived with in fifteen minutes as scheduled after we talk about change the key pad Dominique tried two different key pad it turned out to be a communication problem with the key pad and the motor Dominique show us some different models and prices we decided to purchase the genie garage door opener. Dominique was very professional and knowledgeable installering our new garage door opener. We have used precision earlier in this year to replace our roll and lubricting our spring. We are very happy with the service we received.

Booking an appointment was incredibly easy. My appointment was not listed as an option on the appointment page so I used the chat feature and it was incredibly quick and simple. Michael, our technician was very thorough he did not try to upsell me on things that were not necessary. Great experience !!! The technian was very kind, and courtesious. Ended up ordering a whole new door with all the hardware. Fixed the garge door with a tempory torsion spring until the new door comes in.

Juan called prior to arriving. He arrived on time and at the beginning of the appointment block. The garage door had a busted spring. Juan was very thorough and complete in explaining that one spring was insufficient for the weight of a 16'x7' door, that the end bearings were shot, that the center bearing was plastic, and one of the two tension lift cables was frayed. Juan was patient while I called a competitor for price comparison. After some discussion, an agreed upon price was established. In less than an hour of labor, Juan cleaned up the work area and removed all replaced materials. I would call Precision Garage Door Service again because Juan arrived when he said he would, he was professional, and he's a courteous ambassador for his company.

My garage door opener stopped working yesterday, Sunday. When I called and a very nice woman was able to schedule an appointment for this morning between 8 and 10 AM.
