My ability to schedule last evening and accomplish service this morning

Christopher represented your company in a very professional manner, by showing up on time, being cordial and sharing his findings with suggestions. Since we had you replace the garage door opener, a few tears ago, we have had compliments regarding how quiet the door is when opening and closing.

Sean was very methodical and professional in his work. It didn't take him very long to determine what the problem was and fixed it. There was no wasted motions in what he was doing. Straight forward and got the job done. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who wants someone to do a quality job. I would give him 5 thumbs up.

I called for a service call and they were here within an hour fixed the issue and I was on my way back to work in less than 2 hours start to finish. Highly recommend using these guys! Thanks!!

Jameson was excellent in regards to explaining what is happening with the garage door and what needs to be done and what could be done in the future if I wanted to replace the garage door.

The service technician was very professional and met my needs for the repair. He was on time and respectful. He made recommendations for new cable rollers and bearings. My door now operates much smoother and quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision Garage for the job.

you’re installer Bob was on point very courteous, very professional, knew what he was talking about, offered Precision’s rail system which is one piece & more durable then the one that came in the box which is in 2ft pieces @ the end of the day i was very happy if U get Bob as an installer @ you’re home U won’t be disappointed!!

I thought I had a huge problem with my garage door because I couldn't use the button in my car to close the door. It turned out to be a very small problem of laser site not being aligned properly. The technician checked out several other aspects of my garage door and opener. The opener is nearly 30 years old, but the technician said it still appeared to be in good working order. Jonathan was professional and courteous and really gave me some good information about my opener and gave me a quote in case I decided to replace it. There was no pressure to replace immediately, but food for thought and a chance to budget for replacement.

I needed prompt attention to fix a newly broken cable on our garage door and Precision/Cody were able to help us out! I really appreciate the ability to make an appointment online as it saves me time and lets me look at options on my own, without having to spend time with phone calls, returning calls, checking with repair team etc.. I made an appointment yesterday at 4:00pm and Cody was at my door today at 10:00am. He was personable, likeable, professional and informative. He showed up on time and was so helpful and likeable. He got the job done quickly and to my satisfaction. We are going to replace our garage doors in the very near future and was able to get info from Cody on that. We will definitely use Precision when that time comes.

The initial service we received that included installation of our new door was wonderful. However, what has impressed us so much has been the continued top level customer support/service. If anything comes up, they respond immediately with a phone call and a service appointment (arrive on time or early). They go above and beyond!

Brandon Brown was at our home in Camas this morningtto repair a broken spring and worn torsion bar. It was simply a delight to have him as the technician. He was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He did a thorough inspection of both overhead doors, explained where things were in good condition and less-than-good condition. Brandon presented several options and we settled on one. He then got to work and completed the job quite quickly. He then cleaned the work area and was one his way. I was very impressed. He was extremely well mannered and showed the highest degree of professionalism.

Andrew came out and replaced our broken springs. He did a great job and was wonderful to deal with! Great price, same day response, and a personable tech, no complaints from me. Thanks for the awesome work Ben

A quick response to our request for assistance with our new garage door. Antonio was very helpful and gave us options in the future should we need to replace the motor. Our original unit is 1/2 and should be a 3/4 due to heavier door.

Service Tech Andrew Morgan First I called at 10am and the technician was here by 12. Andrew came out diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener detailed what needed to be repaired and the cost. All work was completed within 2 hours. He very professional and friendly. His work was definitely high quality. Will not hesitate to use their service again should the need arise.

Travis and his training assistant did a great job. Very thorough and kept me informed along the pricing process as well as the installation and operational details. Once again Precisions did a great job. This is second time I have used precision. Both 5 star. My daughter uses Orecision in Ohio and raves about the services there.

I was not at home during the install but Hunter the guy who was showing up to install was very communicative about when he was about to arrive and when he was done. The whole process took about 2 hours. i had new doors, trim, springs and rollers put in. very impressive with how quiet and smooth everything works. Would definitely call again and highly recommend.

Travis Behn and a trainee installed a new garage door opener and other needed equipment so that our door now opens everytime and is so quiet. We are very pleased with Travis's work. He was also thoughtful to call me when he left his area, and to tell me his estimated time of arrival. Kendrick was so professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. My garage door broke upon my arrival to my home. I had plans to go visit a friend that evening and did not want to leave with the garage door open, leaving the house accessible to anyone walking down the street. I called Precision because they advertised same day service. Brian arrived shortly after the time projected. He quickly was able to assess the situation, clearly explain the problem and outline a solution. The cost was agreed upon and he quickly and adeptly went to work. After making the repairs he was able to demonstrate that the door was working properly. Brian was kind, considerate, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Marcus, our tech, was early on his routes and reached out to us to make sure it was ok to come by earlier than scheduled. He was very descriptive in his explanation of our issues and had multiple suggestions for how to remedy the problem. He did adjust our door to get us back to functioning (the issue is two bowed panels) and walked us through some possible next steps. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Brandon came out to perform a system inspection and tube up today. After discussing my issues, we ultimately decided to upgrade our system at a reasonable cost with new rollers, springs, and motor. I’m impressed with how quiet and smooth the new system operates. Brandon was efficient, informative and a pleasure to do business with.

Originally, the didn't know who to call for the repair, but I went to the Better Business Bureau and was impressed with the A+ rating, so I gave them a chance.
