Larry and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you wish to replace an existing garage door or you are building a new structure. The website is complete with information to design and view your new door virtually. Jim set up a visit to assist us with the process of measuring the space through to completing the order. He was very thorough and brought samples of materials and colors for the style we chose. Shawn and Connor, the technicians assigned to install the new door and accessories were professional, friendly, and careful installing the new door and a garage opener. Moreover, the communication between us and the company from start to completion of our job was A+. We highly recommend this company.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Precision Garage Door for a much-needed repair on my garage door, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment my technician David arrived, it was clear that professionalism and courtesy were his top priorities. He was very respectful of my time and space, ensuring that the repair process was as smooth and non-intrusive as possible. David's expertise was evident throughout the repair process. He meticulously replaced the garage door springs, pulleys, and cables with ease and efficiency. What stood out most, however, was his willingness to engage and educate. David took the time to show me the work he was doing at each step, explaining the function of each part and the reason for its replacement. David's dedication to his work and his clients is truly commendable.

Precision Garage Doors installed my metal door 7 years ago, and some of the parts were worn so I had them replaced. The spring would not hold the door open any more (no garage door opener) unless I balanced the door just right in the fully open position. And the rubber seal on the bottom of the door just deteriorated and was falling off in pieces. All to be expected after 7 years. Nick was my technician, and did an excellent job. Quick same-day appointment and was all finished in about an hour and a half. He was very professional and friendly and I would recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Representative was great, he gets the 5 star rating. A little pricey to put rollers back on the track- $179, but that wasn’t his fault. I’d probably try someone else next time.

My garage door spring broke at 9:30 a.m. I went online an easily booked an appointment. The technician showed up at 11:00 and my door was repaired by noon. Very quick!!

This was the first time my garage door had broke, so I had no idea what to expect. Service Tech Sean Young showed up and exceeded his 5 star rating. He showed me what broke and didn’t even charge me. Problem sollved,hopefully. The garage door continued to pop open even after a repair and new motor. The men came and adjusted the sensors and also replaced the light bulb since the light didn’t turn on. The men were pleasant and professional—as they always are.

From the estimate to the completed install, I was very impressed with the efficiency and product of the seller and installer that I met.

Excellent customer service from the initial phone call making the appointment to Derrick the service person coming to my home. On time, explained everything to me prior to working on door and extremely friendly mannered. We had to have the plastic insulation on the bottom of the door replaced. In 2023, had to have a new door installed and Precision was our 1st choice and always will be :)

LOL I had to laugh, cause I checked everything, read the manual, thought it was the motor... and yet within two minutes, he found the broken wire on the sensor.. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I'll keep them in my contacts for future problems... BEST part was, no "upselling".. That alone will get me to call again!

I chose Precision Garage Door since almost every other neighbor in my community has used this company for their wonderful services and they more than met my expectations. I completed a request for an appt on their website and within an hour someone had returned my request. There was a technician already in my neighborhood so Luke was dispatched and at my house in 30 min. He accessed my issues and gave me exactly how much it would cost to fix. Luke was knowledgeable and very courteous. He completed the job timely and then went over all the instructions on how to use my new garage door opener. This was actually a very pleasant experience and I will suggest everyone use this company.

I am giving an A+ to tech man, Chris Carpenter. He asked me what was wrong with the door. I explained and he gave a 100% check and recommended a new door after I told him the present door was over 20 years old. He adjusted my chain link to my home transmitter and did a adjustment to my roller racks and explained everything to me. He was couteous and professional. I explained that I was a senior and also a viet nam veteran. He gave me a discount on new door. He said new door would be installed within a certain time frame. I had a last minute emergency as I was cleaning out a family member's house before it was turned over to the new owner in a few days and the garage door would not open. After trying a couple other businesses that I found via Google, I called Precision at 1:45 on a Friday afternoon and was met with a very pleasant and helpful voice on the other end. She told me she could have a repairman out within the half hour. Jesus Echevarria called me enroute and arrived quickly thereafter. He was very personable and professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem of a broken spring. He was able to fix it within 30 minutes and we were back to our cleanout. I will definitely contact them again when and if I have any garage door issues.

The logic board failed after seven years. I was replaced and all vehicles were reprogrammed to operate both garage doors. It is amazing that I met another awesome technician today, James. Seven years ago I met Lou who did my initial installation on garage door #1 and he returned two years later to install the second opener. Precision has the nicest installers.

Luke showed up sooner than expected and repaired my garage door quickly. He found and fixed my issue without trying to upsell me things I didn’t need. I have nothing but good things to say about precision, they installed my openers years ago and repaired and maintained my doors now. Super professional and quick and to the point.

We purchased our home in Branson last summer, and were not satisfied with the color of our garage doors. We considered painting them, but decided to purchase new ones to protect the value of our house. We intended to take one of our doors and put it in the back of the house to create a John Deere room. We met Dan at Precision Garage Door Service and were blown away with his willingness to work with us on our project including removing and reinstalling our old door. The doors we purchased are stunning! alan came in on Easter Sunday as scheduled, there was a dislodge of the wheel and insert pin on the left side of our one door garage door. unclear what caused the outing, but the piece was taken out reinserted looks ok so far i hope. motor was checked and ok openers were checked seem ok also. we were quoted a price for a new motor but was advised it looked ok for now. i do not think any products were purchased for this job but a once over of lubrucsting spray was applied after the pin was reinserted. price was fair for the service call and professional repair i hope that if this piece dislodges again forthcoming we can rely on a tech coming back for no fee. nice exp. our 3rd time using precision.
