Just search for garage door repair, I was very glad I picked Precision. When I asked for a quote the lady only told me the price for the opener and didn’t tell me the price for the drive rail. So the price went from $760.00 to $928.40. The service was super!! Jason was very good about explaining everything to me and he was very professional. Keep this man on your team.

I SOOOOOO Appreciate this company. From a prior vendor a few years back I had a LiftMaster installed. Problems galore. I called PGD and have to admit they solved the issues and improved upon the poor workmanship. I have to tell you I RARELY recommend any business even as a Realtor. I stick with the tried and true. Precision employees have been wonderful. Brandon was informative and solved the problem. It takes one in an industry for a long time to learn their craft. Brandon knows his stuff.

Excellent service

I couldn't have asked for better service. First, the repair and installation was done same day, on a Sunday. That saved loads of potential work week scheduling problems. Second, the cause of our garage door problem was clearly explained and we were given a number of options by which to address it. Costs and advantages of each were explained. Third, the technician, George R. was knowledgeable, extremely courteous and and easy to work with. I wish all home repair calls went like this.

I was contacted very shortly after my initial phone call and within a few hours the technician was at my house ready to inspect and repair my garage door. Justin was very professional and he explained exactly what needed to be done and he provided me with an estimate before starting the job. The job was completed in less than 1/2 hour. I have very impressed with Precision Garage Door Service and I will definitely call on them again when in need of service.

My Eskew phoned ahead of time to let me know his ETA. He explained the situation and I was given options to make the best decision for me. I needed two new springs and a long bar. He had all the parts on his truck He was prompt in completing the job in a timely manner. He took Capitol One Credit Card. I accepted the better option but can't find any paperwork. Dennis did an outstanding job! He was with a supervisor at both me and were very cordial and very professional. My Garage Door used to rattle so much that I thought it was coming off but it is just so quiet and smooth now. I highly, highly recommend precision Garage door.

Precision were very professional and efficient with my torsion spring replacement. They explained what needed to be repaired, did not oversell me on any unnecessary repairs, and completed the job quickly.

Techs arrived early , diagnosed and estimated repair . Techs were highly qualified , knowledgeable , and friendly and had all necessary parts on truck . Repair was done promptly and professionally . Service was outstanding from start to finish !

The technician Kevin showed upon time and even apologized for not being at the beginning of the appointment time window even though he was still well within it. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue totally clearly and explained our various options perfectly. He didn’t pressure us at all and once we settled on the way to go he very quickly replaced our opener and several pieces of door hardware including the springs. Once complete with that, he cleaned up leaving our garage cleaner than when he arrived and reprogrammed our keypad and cars’ home links. Kevin was top-notch and recommend Precision without hesitation.

One of the springs on our garage door snapped into and my car was trapped inside! When searching for someone to repair it, I noticed that Precision Garage Door Service offered a military discount. They sent a fantastic young man, Evan, to repair it. He was very nice and friendly. He explained everything he needed to do as well as the maintenance I should do in the future Now my garage door is so quite compared to before as the rollers needed to be replaced as well. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Same day service, friendly and professional

Shopped around, and noticed all the 5 star reviews. Appointment was made, Chris was on time. He went over all the options available to repair our garage door. He is personable and took pride in his work. He did an amazing job from install to wiring. I would definitely recommend this company and especially the tech Chris.

The issue was that the garage door would not return to the set position, and would bottom out and reopen. The service technician arrived on time after calling first. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about their equipment. After discussing options, it was decided to replace our 1/2 hp Linear unit with a 3/4 hp Genie belt drive. The installation was completed in an hour and a half, and that included setting up the remotes, mounting the outside keypad, replacing the safety eyes, and adjusting the spring tension. I was very pleased with the experience!

Wasn’t home but my oldest son was and I let him know what to expect. He said the Technician was good, explained things very well, offered a few options and quotes, and did I good job. When I got home and heard everything, I agree. Great work. Highly recommend them.

I called Precision because our 33-year-old garage door has never sealed properly, and the garage door was making some weird sounds when it was opened or closed. When Jack, the service man arrived, he went right to work analyzing our problems. It was much worse than we thought because our belt on the opener had shredded and was about to break. Also, our aluminum garage door cables were fraying, and it wouldn’t be too much longer until they broke, too. Jack was very kind and professional, and he explained all of our garage door issues in detail. We decided to replace all the faulty cables, wheels, and the door bottom seal. We also upgraded the garage door opener motor, belt, remote controls, and spring. We are so glad we did! Our garage door now operates more smoothly and quietly. Also, the door is now sealing properly. We’re extremely happy with the work that Jack did, and we highly recommend this company!!!

Quick service, no “emergency fees” for a Saturday. Job was done quickly with quality work from a friendly and knowledgeable service man, Rich. We probably won’t need a garage service for years or decades, but parts have a lifetime warranty, and if we need service again, we will definitely call Precision.

Garage doors have issues during the most "inconvenient" time. They were able to offer flexibility of scheduling same day appointments, on-time and fixed the problem quickly. The tech even educated me on when to look out for in the future, what I could do myself, and how to enhance the longevity of my garage door opener. I was very happy with the service, information and cost.

My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.

Had them install a new garage door three years ago rated for 140 mph. Did a great job so I called them when I needed my door opener to be serviced.

Patrick did a phenomenal job fixing our garage door. He was punctual and communicated well, was quick in his repairs, and was just an overall great guy. My husband commented that of all of the repairs we have had to get done on our house, this was the most pleasant. I can't recommend Patrick or Precision enough!

Very quick service! They were able to come out the same day, fix my issue on my garage door and give me multiple options for updating our old garage doors. I look forward to working with them again soon to update our doors.

Lloyd came out to replace my old motor. He was able to install it even though it was a different drive system (screw drive changed to belt). Lloyd setup the motor, wall button, panel and car buttons. He was on time and informative. In fact I was able to schedule online and they were able to come out within 24 hours. This is my second time using precision door and I have found them to be reliable.

Arrived on time & completed to job in a couple of hours. Both were very professional & cleaned up before they left. Excellent job.

One of our torsion springs broke and we needed it fixed ASAP. I called the office in the evening and was able to schedule for the following morning. Cam was a little late due to the prior job running over, but it was clearly communicated. When he got to the house he went right to work assessing the problem and providing a quote to fix it. The work was finished in short order and he was incredibly polite and professional.

I appreciated that the customer service representative at Precision Door Garage Service was able to schedule appointment the following day as my wife’s car was locked inside the garage due to a broken garage door. Our great service began with Seth who came out to check out the job and give us a quote. It continued with the installers, Cesar and Cristien who worked diligently to complete the task. Since we had a fire we were in need of a new door as well as a new opener. The honesty of this company was shown when we were told the top garage door panel had a dent and would be replaced when the new one was received. The job was completed with all questions answered. Devon was early, professional, Courtois, knowledgeable. Originally called to replace a broken spring. This door had not been serviced sense it was installed, approximately 15 years ago. Pointed out several items that needed addressing. He showed me the existing damage on each part and explained what could happen if it was not addressed. Replaced springs to torsion cables and everything in between.
