He clearly walked me through the repair options and allowed me to choose the package that made the most sense for my situation. Once approved, he went straight to work and had everything completed in about 90 minutes. The difference was immediately noticeable. The door now operates incredibly quietly, with all bearings, springs, and rollers replaced, and the tracks properly adjusted.
