I called Precision Garage Door Service to look at my doors which were jolting and screeching when I opened them. The service man came promptly the next morning and told me that tree sap had coated the seals on the garage door openings and the doors actually had to tear off from that sticky seal. Cleaning the seals with alcohol every three months was good advice I appreciated. Although the doors still worked fine, I had the springs and other parts replaced which were most likely as old as my house - 15 years - to avoid future trouble.

He quickly evaluated the situation, developed a plan, explained it to me and performed the plan. The then recommended some maintenance items that may have led to the problem and gave me different solutions and prices. I decided on the ones to do and Justin proceeded to do the work. By 10:30 the door was fully functional and better than it was prior to the failure.

Jacob and his assistant did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and respectful. Precision Door Services have always done great work for me and very reasonable for pricing.

Quick response, came within a hour after I called! Very happy with Hunter. Our Motor was very old . He put a new one in and repaired door and frame. I would definitely recommend.
