    I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Repair this morning after my garage door lift cable snapped as I was leaving for work, leaving the door partially closed and off kilter. Brent Cooper called about ten minutes before his scheduled arrival and showed up exactly on time. Brent quickly asessed the issue, explained what had failed, and most importantly did not try to upsell me. He clearly walked me through the repair options and allowed me to choose the package that made the most sense for my situation. Once approved, he went straight to work and had everything completed in about 90 minutes. The difference was immediately noticeable. The door now operates incredibly quietly, with all bearings, springs, and rollers replaced, and the tracks properly adjusted. The lifetime guarantee was a major deciding factor for me, and the peace of mind it provides was absolutely worth the price. Professional, punctual, transparent, and high quality work.
