2021. Justin was prompt and professional, found the problems and listed detailed pricing options. There was a problem with the electrical panel and he had all the parts necessary to repair it quickly. He made sure everything was working correctly before leaving and took the time to fix some old wiring from a previous company. 7/2025 Edit: lower rating adjusted - had a new garage door installed because it was not opening all the time and was old. Less than a year later and the new door is now not opening all the time. Had a one year free checkup included in the new door install, and the tech said there was nothing wrong with the door, but it’s still not opening 100 % of the time. 10/2025 Additional edit. The garage door installed 8/2024 stopped working completely. I’ve paid Precision Door to repair the electric panel and wiring on the door opener early 2021, install two new door springs on 11/5/21, a new Raynor garage door on 8/14/24, and a new Logic Board receiver 11/11/24. Less than a year after the door installation the door would not open every time, so the company came out 7/31/25 for a free maintenance inspection, and I was told there was nothing wrong with the door. By October 2025 the door stopped working completely. I expected a new garage door replacement to last at longer than one year. The technicians and customer service are all kind and professional and I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the company staff. I called and expressed my concerns about the door not working and Mitchell came out the next day, found the problem, and had it fixed within an hour. He wash kind and efficient and explained everything.

Everyone was very nice, professional, and answered all my questions. Brent, the technician, reviewed everything with me in clear and excellent detail. He gave me their std 3 options but did not push any up sale. He got my garage working within 45 min. Would highly recommend this company. Amazing work and great customer service.

They did a good job, the work they did was VERY Good! My only issue was that I had to go back and request a refund for the cost of the service call, while on your website it states that charge would be removed if work was over $100. That should have been put on the bill upfront and the customer shouldn't have to ask about it. I only noticed after I had paid the bill and received the receipt via email. They were very NICE and corrected the issue and I got the refund. I think the customer should not have to ask these questions and your company should just follow what is stated on your web site. Great JOB on the work that was done.
