After inspecting the problem thoroughly, the tech gave us three options for repairs and replacement, with a cost estimate for each. After choosing the repair that met our needs and budget the tech got to work and said it would take about one hour. And that's exactly how long it took. He showed us what he did, reminded us of the warranty, and was on his way after payment. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend PDS.

Precision Garage came to our rescue on a Sat evening when our garage door trapped our cars by failing to open. We called about 730 pm. They said a technician would arrive between 10 and 12. Bryan arrived at 815. He gave us 3 options for repair or or replacement. We opted for the Genie motor and new remotes. He had everything on his truck. He also replaced the rubber seal at the bottom and gave us an assessment on the life of our 2001 garage door. We were very pleased. Highly recommend.
