Precision was great to work with. I initially called and spoke with a service manager who took the time to talk through some potential quick fixes that might save me from having to pay a technician to come out. In the end, I needed a new computer board. My technician, Brent, was able to come out same day and was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over several options and highlighted some safety concerns like a frayed cable, improper sensor height, and an improper spring. He was able fix all that without having to come back another day, and completed the job quickly. He even reprogrammed my remotes. Highly recommend!

He arrived on time and gave me three price quotes for the job based on just how much I wanted done. I went with the most expensive option which included a life time warranty. Hopefully the last service call for this in my life. Everything is costly now days and so was this but so far he seems to have done a good job. Before starting he showed pictures of what all was wrong with mine besides the broken springs. The door came with the house which is thirty years old. If this last thirty years I won’t be around to have to get it fixed.

Called Precision Garage for a broken spring. They had a technician out same day. Tech was Justin Collier. He was extremely professional, went over why the spring broke, what our options were, pros & cons, etc. Once we made our decision, he had our garage door fixed in 30 min. Took the time to show some preventative maintenance tips as well. Great service. Will use Precision Garage again.
