The technician, Tyler, arrived before time, advised me of the issue gave suggestions on how to solve issue, fixed issue, and door is properly working.

Technician was very professional. He knew his job well. Pointed out discrepancies on the door and gave me options as to what should be taken care of and offered the different plans and what would be covered. Very pleased.

He arrived on time and gave me three price quotes for the job based on just how much I wanted done. I went with the most expensive option which included a life time warranty. Hopefully the last service call for this in my life. Everything is costly now days and so was this but so far he seems to have done a good job. Before starting he showed pictures of what all was wrong with mine besides the broken springs. The door came with the house which is thirty years old. If this last thirty years I won’t be around to have to get it fixed.
