Precision was great to work with. I initially called and spoke with a service manager who took the time to talk through some potential quick fixes that might save me from having to pay a technician to come out. In the end, I needed a new computer board. My technician, Brent, was able to come out same day and was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over several options and highlighted some safety concerns like a frayed cable, improper sensor height, and an improper spring. He was able fix all that without having to come back another day, and completed the job quickly. He even reprogrammed my remotes. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great service, start to finish. My garage door springs, track and tension were all messed up. Booked an appointment online that night, Hunter was there the next day to help. Temporarily fixed the issue but gave a quote just in case. Ended up needing to get him back out and once again, was there the next day and completed the work in a couple of hours. Solid work.
