I called Precision Door late yesterday afternoon when my garage door spring broke. They scheduled me promptly and actually arrived early. Service technician was very professional and informative. He had my garage door repaired in less than 2 hours!

Our garage door had been making various noises lately. They came out and lubricated and adjusted it and had it working smoothly in no time.

We had Justin North call us when he was coming, arrived on time, I explained the problem. He looked at the situation and explained the problem, gave us 3 estimates that would solve the problem and let us choose the solution that we wanted. Two hours later it was done. At our request he got another remote and paired it to both of our garage doors. Then he cleaned everything up made out the invoice. Justin North was everything you could ask for ina service call.

The technician, Hunter was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and concerns. Did the repairs in a timely manner and cleaned up after.

I had goobered up the tracking on my system when I had to pull the release to get out and couldn't get it back on track. The young man who showed up got it back on track and watched me several times so I would know how to do it myself. He was very polite and patient and looked over my whole system to see if there were any issues. Fortunately, I was in pretty good shape. He told me about a system I could get with battery backup but did not try to oversell me. I was very impressed that he gave me some options to think about but was not pushy. I
