I had some work done on my garage door in the past by Precision. I was having what I thought was new issues with the door. The tech found that the problem was covered by their 5 year parts and labor warranty. He promptly made the needed repairs under the warranty at no charge based on the warranty. I will always use Precision for any garage door issues that I may have in the future.

The person taking my call was very courteous and helpful. She scheduled me a time which was very quick. Brent the technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an inspection then told me what was needed. He then repaired my garage opener which when he completed works perfectly.

Price quoted for a bare bones vinyl door was > 30% higher than Overhead door for a steel door of same design. Apples to apples comparison of quotes means we will go with Overhead for our needs. In addition, the sales rep from Precision was pretty arrogant. For the above reasons, we will not be using Precision for our door replacement.

Justin called said he wold be there in a few minutes he was-very polite went right to work. Explained things to my husband made suggestions that could improve our service never pushed to sell or buy something we did not need. Went right to work told everything that he was doing so polite. Fast service, Braxton was very efficient. Your product is expensive (I paid over $900 for a new motor and sensors) but it should last a long time and service was very good.

Our garage door spring broke (after a short 6-year life) - Precision was able to quickly respond and repair the door. The repair technician (Braxton) called ahead, arrived early and professionally communicated what needed to be done and what should be done to prevent future issues (i.e. replace the cheap builder grade components that were failing). His work is excellent and the door operates better than new, smoother and quieter.

From beginning to end, A+! Dispatchers provided excellent customer service. Appreciate them calling me and informing me Braxton, service tech, had finished a job early and could come a little earlier. Great for me! They even sent a text, beforehand, showing who Braxton was and even where he grew up and some of his hobbies. Appreciate this personalization! He showed up on time, assessed the problem, and quickly took corrective action. He even provided recommendations for future work that I may want to get done.
