I explained the problems I was having with my garage door. Made an appt and got a repairman, Brent, who came out the very next day. He did an excellent job repairing my garage door major squeaking. He explained different scenarios and price options before proceeding. I picked what I was most comfortable using. He worked very efficiently and my door is running like new. If I could give Precision Garage Door Service more than five stars, I absolutely would. Mr. Keyshawn Banks was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door repairs, replacements, and proper installation. He not only fixed our garage door, which wouldn’t open, but also explained the simple issue that caused the problem in the first place. I also asked about repairing dents in our second door and originally planned to replace the panels. Although they weren’t able to replace just the panels, Mr. Banks provided clear quotes for a full door replacement along with additional options that would help extend the life of our garage door system. I highly recommend this company and fully intend to use them again. Job well done, Mr. Keyshawn Banks!
