He didn’t do a hard sell and was honest about what I could expect. After my selection he gave me a straightforward itemized quote and he got straight to work. Within no time he had replaced what we’d agreed on and tested everything confirming it was sound. He inspected my other garage door while he was at it and confirmed no immediate issues. Replaced broken torsion springs and other worn out hardware. Service was very quick (arrived in 2 hours) and professionally done at a fair price.

Precision was great to work with. I initially called and spoke with a service manager who took the time to talk through some potential quick fixes that might save me from having to pay a technician to come out. In the end, I needed a new computer board. My technician, Brent, was able to come out same day and was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over several options and highlighted some safety concerns like a frayed cable, improper sensor height, and an improper spring. He was able fix all that without having to come back another day, and completed the job quickly. He even reprogrammed my remotes. Highly recommend!
