Precision was awesome! I’ve used them for years on multiple properties. They’re on time, quick and always inspect and advise as to what needs to be done and alerts to issue that will arise if not addressed in a timely manner. This time the tech was Jose. He installed new high cycle torsion springs and rollers. The door is quiet again and the motor lifts it effortlessly. Great work, done quickly!

Precision came through in the clutch. I called with a problem in the morning, and a technician (Bishop) was dispatched to my home within a few hours. Bishop was skilled and immediately went to work. He fixed my problem quickly and thoroughly and explained things to me along the way. Bishop handled himself with professionalism and was even taking the time to train a new employee that was shadowing him. My garage door tension spring had broke and I called Precision. They were able to schedule the estimate and as it ends up, repair the same day. Michael was the primary POC along with an additional gentleman. They were professional and polite. They completed the inspection and without pressure pointed out a couple of options to extend the life of my garage. Because my garage door was over 20 yrs old with no real maintenance completed over the lifespan, I did decide to go a bit more then just the spring. They were able to complete everything the same day and I'm happy to say my garage door is up and running again. Thank you for your professionalism and efficiency.

An overall great experience from in house design assistance, faster than estimated lead time, and clean professional installation. When complete, the installer programmed our cars built-in remote openers to the new garage door openers. Would use them again and hignly recommend.
