Precision Garage Door sent technician Michael promptly to solve my garage door problem. Michael listened patiently as I explained the problem. The door no longer opened automatically. The previous company that sold me a new motor a year ago had not installed heavy enough hardware to raise and lower the door. Also the door was badly in need of lubrication. He could have tried to sell me a new door, but sensing that I was on a tight budget, suggested I call when ready to replace the door and gave me a rough estimate of cost. He said the motor was fine. His honesty impressed me and made me want to do business with Precision again.

Precision doors was late on arrival however service was exceptional. I must add that when I called and asked for the charge. I was told it was free. Only inspection was free. service was not and that was not clearly explained. So I didn’t know this until the technician was here. That is why I initially asked about cost. Definitely misleading.
