Eddy Hernandez was a great representative of your company. He explained to me what the problem was with my garage door opener and offered me 3 options to fix the problem. He installed a new garage door openers and showed me the work he had done.

Sergio was literally a lifesaver! Our garage door decided to malfunction last night around 5:30 as most places were closed and/or closing. I tried Precision and was connected to the dispatcher/scheduler who informed me they have an emergency service after hours. The price was more than reasonable given the last minute request. I received a text showing me where our specialist was and I was able to see in real time how far away he was. I also received a photo and name of the specialist which I thought was a great safety feature! Sergio arrived and explained to me in layman terms on what was happening with our garage door. He also provided some options for me to consider. The prices were reasonable but more importantly, it was Sergio that made what started as a stressful situation into a pleasant one. All to say, we ended up going with one of his options and now have a WAY better garage system then we had before. We even had neighbors pop by to ask him for a business card! Thank you, Sergio!
