Our garage door stopped working and Precision was able to get out to fix it the same day. Their technician, Alexander, was professional, personable and hard working. He provided us with all the options so we could come up with the best fix. He even stayed late to make sure that everything was done right and worked correctly. We would highly recommend their professional and affordable garage services!

I found the technician from Precision Garage Door, Matt, very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and what the different pricing options were with no high pressure upsell. He seemed to enjoy his work and educating me on how the different components of the system worked. I was given a time window of between 10am and 2pm for his arrival. He called twice to give me updates on when he would arrive, which turned out to be at 11am. The work was done within an hour. Pricing may be a bit high. But overall, I’m very satisfied. I highly recommend Precision and Matt.
