I submitted a request for an estimate on a Monday and received a reply that they would be out the next morning in a 4 hour window. I received a call 30 minutes before arrival. They were very quick to give me an estimate which I accepted and they were able to begin work replacing a broken spring. Bishop was the lead technician and had a trainee with him. Bishop was patient and clear as he explained what he was doing. He showed the trainee what he did and then let the trainee try, all the while talking him through the steps. Bishop did an excellent with his trainee. I was happy with the end result.

My garage door tension spring had broke and I called Precision. They were able to schedule the estimate and as it ends up, repair the same day. Michael was the primary POC along with an additional gentleman. They were professional and polite. They completed the inspection and without pressure pointed out a couple of options to extend the life of my garage. Because my garage door was over 20 yrs old with no real maintenance completed over the lifespan, I did decide to go a bit more then just the spring. They were able to complete everything the same day and I'm happy to say my garage door is up and running again. Thank you for your professionalism and efficiency.
