From setting the appointment to having our garage door repaired the service was friendly and professional with all my questions answered. The technician arrived within the set time frame with the repair work completed in just about an hour after reviewing and deciding the level of work to be completed. I appreciated the fact that there was no upsale pressure to complete all recommended repairs. A new roll-up garage door was installed on my home yesterday (26 Aug) by Techs Brandon Wood and Fortino "Danny" Guzman. My enthusiastic appreciation goes out to them, the Precision home office staff, and Gabriella Yanez, who did the estimate on 25 Aug. I know that everyone had a hand in elevating this replacement action, since my original metal garage door was severely crumpled after being hit by a car. The efficient, professional and exacting workmanship by Brandon and Danny deserves the highest praise. They exceeded all expectations removing the damaged door, installing the new door, fine tuning the movement, aligning the new lift and supporting hardware. Brandon and Danny personified your Precision brand with perfection, the installation was a work of art.
