Wow and wow what a beautiful wonderful experience I had with precision garage I called precision garage door company on 6/17/26 they set up their appointment for the next day, and the technician Jonathan Mcdonald arrived right on time of the appointment, after I explained to the technician Jonathan the issues I had with the garage door he did some few issues that no other garage repair companies that I got in touch with give me the answer or respond. They were there just to make money, and one of them even wanted to charge me which is ridiculous for changing the motor of the garage door, anyway ,Jonathan was very nice and kind and professional , we did end up changing the motor, but we got charged only for $1400 for the complete system with the complete railing and service and labor. up changing the but we got charged only for $1400 for the complete system complete railing and labor. I really recommend the Co. precision garage door company and if you get lucky to get Jonathan Mcdonald Mcdonald as a service technician, you will be very, very, very happy . All the best

Precision Garage Door Service to the rescue! I recently had another company replace my old garage door. I had nothing but trouble with it, right from the beginning! That company had been called out twice within weeks of the installation, for a number of issues. The latest was the garage door kept going up and down and wouldn’t close! When they didn’t respond to my last call, I decided to try Precision. Tim Wang was here within 2 hours of my call. It only took him a few minutes to determine what the problem(s) was (were). He first pointed out that the sensors were out of code! They had been taped to the bracket holding the garage door opener! Tim explained that the sensors needed to be placed on either side of the garage door, a few inches from ground level. Then he found, the springs needed more tension and said the garage door wasn’t balanced. Probably within an hour, he had made all the adjustments/repairs. Tim also suggested I contact the other company to “do the right thing” and replace the garage door opener because it shouldn’t be so noisy! Despite the noisy garage door opener, the garage door is working much better - thanks to Tim!

Will was wonderful, explained the issue and stayed to resolved the problem. Gave options to repair and details of cost. Punctuation was perfect and called to give eta. Definitely would recommend servicing to anyone.
