Quick Precision fixed our garage door quickly and accurately. The service man explained what the problem was and took the time to answer any questions we may have. The price was fair and the service was excellent!

Next day consultation. Had to wait 5 weeks for the door to be installed. Was told up to weeks. Installer did a good job.

Repair Service: I honestly had a very pleasant experience working with Repair Tech Alex Ceja. I called Precision Garage Door because I had seen them around in our gated community performing work for our neighbors and the torque master spring of our our garage door had snapped. Alex took his time to walk me through the repair options and broke down the pricing and process of each one. He was very friendly and professional. His assistant Mike was also very professional. Once my wife decided on the right option for us Alex and Mike got to work and did it safely and efficiently. Pricing: The markup on these off the shelf parts are insanely high. I completely understand that we’re paying for the same day emergency service and believe that companies like Precision take advantage of the fact that in most HOAs in California residents must park their cars in the garage. Supply and Demand, I get it. Luckily I’m a veteran and was able to apply the military discount. Overall: My 5 star rating is for the Repair Tech, Alex and his assistant Mike. I did have to convert the spring system of my door to a traditional torsion spring which is easier to maintain. I’m very happy with the work and if you ever need to contact Precision Garage Door for a repair be sure to ask for Alex!
