One they came the same day. That is an A+. The tech replaced the springs. One broke but i wanted both replaced. On e he did that he noticed it was not going up all the way. He adjusted that since it was not installed properly back in 1990. Thanks again.

Josh came quickly upon request for our broken spring in our 2 car opener. He explained in detail 3 options for the repair and we gave the go-ahead to complete which he did in under one hour. The garage door is now more smooth in the operation and quiet as well with the 2 spring option. Thanks for a quick job.

I submitted a request for an estimate on a Monday and received a reply that they would be out the next morning in a 4 hour window. I received a call 30 minutes before arrival. They were very quick to give me an estimate which I accepted and they were able to begin work replacing a broken spring. Bishop was the lead technician and had a trainee with him. Bishop was patient and clear as he explained what he was doing. He showed the trainee what he did and then let the trainee try, all the while talking him through the steps. Bishop did an excellent with his trainee. I was happy with the end result.

Precision came up first/ 4.9 ranking. immediately all the way through 2 appt ( i had to clean garage) they were so helpful, responsive and professional that i haven't even price compared yet. Not like me, but it was worth the outstanding service from Michael and the home office. They made it easy, no sitting around waiting. A+!! 100% pleased. Our last Genie lasted 20 years.
