Garage door not opening. Technican came out determined problem as drive gear worn down. Price qiven for repair. Wanted to think about fixing problem or replacing unit. Called tech back later that same day with decision. Came back 10 am next day and replaced gear and did a tune up by adjusting and lubricate essential parts. Nice job. Door works better than it did when it was new.

Initially, we called for service for a broken belt. However, after going over all the details regarding the age of our opener (13 years) with the technician, Josh, we decided to replace our old unit as well. Our technician presented us with various choices, price wise, with different features to fit our budget. I wanted to stress that we were under no pressure and are currently very happy with the choice we made.

Precision was very detailed when I scheduled an estimate. Follow up with email & text advising technician name that would show up at my house, what he would be wearing & what vehicle he would be driving. Michael contacted me the next day when he was on his way. Showed up on time, very nice and greeted me with a handshake and smile. Michael gave details on my garage noise and advised he could adjusts springs and balanced door. He was honest and said my Lift motor over 12 years old was still good. He provided invoice if I wanted to replace my motor later, but said it was not needed now. Michael adjusted the springs & balance door. My garage is working great and so much quieter. 😃

Cali was very nice. He installed the electric garage door by himself.
