Our entire experience with Precision Garage Door Service and Matt, our technician, was fantastic. Matt came on time, and assessed our garage door problems and gave us multiple options for addressing each one. Prices were fair and the service was sensational. Matt was very professional, friendly and helpful explaining everything that needed to be done and even suggesting things that could, but didn’t need to be done on this particular visit. Highly recommend using them as I will again in the future.

Two days ago, my old garage door's springs exploded forcing the door off the rails, making it completely inoperable. It was a disaster. I needed immediate help because the electric charger for the car is inside the garage. If I can't open the garage door, I can't charge the car. I definitely needed a professional and fast! I didn't know to what degree I had damage: was it just the opener, or the springs and rails, or a new door. There are LOTS of garage door repair companies and options. Thankfully, we chose Precision Garage door. I called and they came the next day. Our technician, Michael Camacho was absolutely awesome. He laid out my choices thoughtfully and carefully explained each option. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about all the products included in our quote. He provided information and pictures for each option. Conscious of the environment, we opted for the quote to keep/reuse our existing garage door. I've always HATED the garage opener because it was noisy, shaky and had a useless one bulb light. We opted to upgrade to a tech friendly, quiet opener as well. Michael went to the warehouse in Anaheim that afternoon to pick up the garage door opener and parts and returned the next day to remove the old hardware and install the new components. His works was impeccable; he was tidy, neat and efficient. The new components were installed, and checked carefully to make sure everything was fully operational. He did some reinforcement to the old garage door to assure it was stable. Michael programmed the remotes, my car's built-in HomeLink remote, and set up the app on our phones that comes with the new door opener. He showed us how to operate each feature and made sure that we were comfortable with the new technology. We are delighted with the results! It's was a pleasure working with Michael and highly/strongly/absolutely recommend using Precision Garage Doors.

Josh came quickly upon request for our broken spring in our 2 car opener. He explained in detail 3 options for the repair and we gave the go-ahead to complete which he did in under one hour. The garage door is now more smooth in the operation and quiet as well with the 2 spring option. Thanks for a quick job.
