Making an appointment online was quick and easy! On the day of my appointment it was nice to see how soon he would be here, as they sent a tracking link with the name and picture of the technician. He (Josh)was very professional, polite, and thorough. He walked me through different repair options. He was able to show me pricing of the options as well. He made it my decision, pointing out what was relative to my current and future situation. Pricing was reasonable and he was very efficient with the repairs. When finished, he showed me everything that was done. It’s nice to know there is a warranty as well. I highly recommend this company. I feel lucky to have found them through another person’s recommendation.
