    Precision Garage Door sent technician Michael promptly to solve my garage door problem. Michael listened patiently as I explained the problem. The door no longer opened automatically. The previous company that sold me a new motor a year ago had not installed heavy enough hardware to raise and lower the door. Also the door was badly in need of lubrication. He could have tried to sell me a new door, but sensing that I was on a tight budget, suggested I call when ready to replace the door and gave me a rough estimate of cost. He said the motor was fine. His honesty impressed me and made me want to do business with Precision again.

    I found the technician from Precision Garage Door, Matt, very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and what the different pricing options were with no high pressure upsell. He seemed to enjoy his work and educating me on how the different components of the system worked. I was given a time window of between 10am and 2pm for his arrival. He called twice to give me updates on when he would arrive, which turned out to be at 11am. The work was done within an hour. Pricing may be a bit high. But overall, I’m very satisfied. I highly recommend Precision and Matt.
