PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF HARTFORD

I was not referred by anyone. Read reviews online, called made appointment and chet shader came to our home. my wife and I were very impressed by his demeanor, which everyone knows does not happen very often now a days. That day we contracted with precision to replace both of our garage doors, openers and all hardware. Chet informed of the appoximate wait time for installation. Chet is a great representative for Precision. Comes monday 12/232024 8:am appointment, 15 degrees outside! Who comes, Ray Angco, installer, with more enthusiam about his job and his company. States that it is going to take about seven hours to complete the job, once completed, Ray cleans my garage better than I had it before he came. then proceeds to explain to my wife and I the entire operations of the doors, openers and home link in our vehicles. My wife and I cannot begin to tell everyone what a great experience it has been dealing with Precision door from start to finish, absolute fantastic employees and company. Thank you.
