They came the same day I called. Cameron was so nice, very professional. They sent me his picture and name before he came to the house. He discussed all options with me, what I need now and what I will need in the future. Didn’t try a hard sell on anything. I will continue to use them for all the garage door needs. Whether they are the cheapest around or not. By the way, watch out for those $25 ads. They ended up wanting double what Precision wanted.

My technician Roland arrived on time, spent more time than expected, looking at the issue, explaining exactly what was wrong, gave me all of my options for repair, and completed the job in A short amount of time. He took it a step further and showed me what he did, why he did it, how he did it, and insured I had no questions. He is a stellar technician and if you have the opportunity to use Precision Garage Door I hope you get to meet this young man. While I’m sure the entire staff are phenomenal.
