Precision Garage Door Service Of Heathrow

I selected this company because of the online reviews and they were all correct. We had a friend over when they arrived and he said he used this company as well and was very happy with their work. I easily booked online for a same day appointment. They said they would come between 2-6 and arrived at 2:20. Victor was great. He assessed both doors that we had problems with. He patiently walked me and my husband through the problems. He provided the cost estimates for the various repairs to let us decide what would work best for us. He gave us a Sr. Discount and then did all the work right then and there. When he arrived our doors were jerky, LOUD, and not smooth at all. They were installed incorrectly by the builder as well. When he left - the doors were smooth and so, so much quieter. He corrected builder installation problems and replaced a number of parts. I was told the garage doors should be regularly maintained. We had not done so and it was 8.5 years we owned the house. I will definitely schedule regular maintenance going forward and I know who to call.

We had to replace our 20 year old garage door opener, I called over to Precision door and they were able to send over a crew to inspect and price out all the work to be done with same day service , I was given a detailed breakdown of parts with different options and absolutely no pressure to buy! Jacob and Anthony were professional and did a great job . And answered all my questions! Also I will add the women that answered the phone was great and they send a photo of the techs who will come to your house! Great customer service “Precision “
