Carlos was great. I had a broken spring. Carlos came and replaced both springs which fortunately were still under warranty so that cost me less. He took care of my door, answered every question that I had and was very courteous. I would highly recommend Carlos and Precision Door to anyone needing garage door repair.

Jose was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job replacing my garage door motor and accessories. I’ve had two Precision Door technicians inform me that the original Chamberlain motor was not a standard Precision Door installation and was under powered. A little disappointed that I’m replacing it at just five years of service. However, Jose did a great job and my door is operating much smoother and quieter with the new motor.

One of the springs that assist the lifting of my garage door broke. I was not surprised since the springs were 22 years old. However, it virtually trapped my car in the garage because my garage door is very large, requiring two people to lift. I was very pleased when Joe from Precision arrived within the hour. The work was done well and quickly. I was back to normal. This took place on a Saturday, so I had visions of being in this predicament until Monday.
