If you need work done on your garage door do not look any further than Precision. This experience was perfect from beginning to end. Requesting a technician to come out was very simple. I need to call into the office and they answered quickly and everyone there were friendly and helpful And handled my questions quickly. My technician Roland arrived on time, spent more time than expected, looking at the issue, explaining exactly what was wrong, gave me all of my options for repair, and completed the job in A short amount of time. I contacted Precision Garage Door in the morning to make an appointment and they were able to come out same day. In fact I had to juggle my schedule around as they came earlier than expected!!! Kemar came out was professional, explained how he would access my issue and gave a satisfactory resolution. After some adjustments and test, he operated the door a few times to ensure that my garage door and opener was repaired to my satisfaction. I used this same company in another state and definitely said I would use them again.
