Roland thoroughly checked our primary door components, and presented us with recommendations. Everything was completed as expected and as quoted. Christopher was very informative about the garage door remote issue. He also informed me as he felt it was his obligation to let me know about the current garage door motor we have which was installed in 2019, and how it was going to be obsolete in the next couple of years. Whereas replacement parts are becoming unavailable and the particular model we have are no longer sold or installed. His advance notification was beneficial to me, as to knowing in the next couple of years we will have to look into replacing the current system with an updated model. He was professional, and checked our garage door to make sure everything was working on good order. Programed the new remote. Asked if I had any questions or concerns for him.
