Precision Garage Doors did a fantastic job today when they came out to fix my garage door springs. They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable. They came out same day. They explained what was wrong & what needed replacing. They gave me a full written estimate. They answered all of my questions. They really went above & beyond to make sure I understood what they were doing & why. Chris & John did a fantastic job. They worked quickly & efficiently. They cleaned up the work area afterwards. (I am blind. This is particularly important for me because of my fall risk). The managers Maurice & Charlie) contacted me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work & make sure all my questions were answered. I would Highly Recommend this company for outstanding customer service & because they all went Above & Beyond all reasonable expectations to make this a positive experience. The experience with Precision was top-notch. We called them late in the morning, and they were at our house by noon. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He did a full check on our garage door and then gave us an itemized list of the cost and recommendations. Definitely a “go-to company” for your garage door needs.

Our garage door wouldn’t open.Turns out it was in issue with the cables which were still under warranty.I called late in the afternoon & they set up an appt for the next morning.Two service techs (Chris & John) arrived at 10:30, diagnosed the problem and had it fully repaired and functioning within an hour.Both Chris and John were friendly and professional.I would say they’re both excellent representatives for Precision Door. Chris kept me informed throughout the process which I appreciated.From my initial call to the office to the prompt response from the service techs to their competent and professional work, I would give my overall experience a 5+++.Unfortunately, most companies today do not emphasize and provide great or even good customer service.Precision Door is clearly the exception.

I wish I could remember our service technicians name (I know he was Puerto Rican because we talked about my gandules bush that survived the freeze we had over the winter). Super pleasant and professional. Upgraded the chain to a belt and you can't even hear the garage door (super smooth) that we originally had installed in 2018. Better than new. Would 1000% recommend.
