John presented alternatives without pressure and allowed me to make the choice based on full information. After I elected to replace the opener due to its age, John finished the job efficiently and professionally. He demonstrated all features of the opener. When I had trouble implementing the wi-fi features, I called Precision Garage Door and they sent John back the next day. John listened to my list of questions and resolved each one. He spent extra time interfacing the system with my auto door opener system. He called for backup on his phone and was successful in making the interface. John was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door opener problems.

The tech called and a text was sent when he should arrive. He came out and was polite. Gave me a quote which was higher than I had expected . He removed the extra things as I explained that the door has been working fine for 27 years until the spring suddenly broke. He had the spring I needed in his truck and it was fixed he cleaned up after himself once he had completed the job.
